Terminology I had heard but understood here. Tnq. .. just wondering about gurukula system which is this. Till 7 yrs children are with parents then comes guru or teacher and child is sent to him. Outcome full responsibility by teacher to make child master in one Area he or she is got both talent and passion .

Nirupama mentioned that -Steiner believed that formal education should begin after age 7 or when first milk tooth falls. Till then he should be with mother at home, secure. After 7 child goes to school and even today in many waldorf schools the class has the same class teacher for 7 years from class 1 to 7. She's like a second mother and a loving authority.
Waldorf Kindergarten was started to meet the demands of the modern day. From nursery to Sr kg children go to school and are facilitated to develop school readiness skills like attention span, thinking skills, fine and gross motor skills, etc.
Like you said the objective of waldorf education is to find out what the child is good at and likes to do

My question here is - 7 blocks is for children who are not on spl needs. If child has spl needs then 7 years should be developmental 7 or biological 7 yrs?

Nirupama said that 7 year stages is the same for all children. Steiner talks about soul development. Although children may show physical and intellectual delay, the soul and spiritual development are intact. Therefore even the concepts presented will be age appropriate although it may be done in a way to suit his needs. The Curative Educator addresses his soul age and not intellectual age.

There are many. You may have to use your own intuition and meet up a therapist once to decide if that helps. I may not be able to help you with a specific person.
