    Brilliant video series. In this one I now understand how combining various theoretical feature bundles can show the customer preferences of the underlying features. Bingo! - product and profit optimisation now much more efficient than using supplier (our own internal) assumptions. Thanks Miklos!

    good analysis but you should have included an example for each shape for better understanding. :) also the background music is a bit distracting!

    Great video! And you explained the basic concept quite clearly. Wish you used real examples instead of shapes and colors - it's a little less intuitive and hard to relate.
