Beautiful projects Sherrie. Love the crochet scarf so pretty! I’ve yet to complete an advent project but that one does look achievable!! I haven’t read Black Beauty since I was a child I will have to see if I can find a copy amongst the children’s bookshelves and have a read - love re reading those childhood treasures! Have a lovely week, Em xx 💕
Really enjoyed your podcast, how weird that when you were talking about drinking your cold coffee I got a really strong smell of coffee! Having lost my knitting mojo at the minute you may have tempted me to try some of your magic socks for my grandchldren.
Hi from Holland, love your videos a lot 😊 I would put a I~cord bind off on the rainbow blanket look pretty and no need for a big cable! Have a nice weekend
I loved the log cabin blanket but I wanted my squares smaller sections so I did the centre 10 stitches and 10 ridges the the sides only 5 ridges. It looks amazing!!!! I need to learn that magic heel!!! It’s brilliant for growing littles ❤

Great podcast, love your relaxed attitude really felt your were just chatting with me Your projects are brilliant, love the idea of the magic heel for socks, up until now I have always done the shadow wrap heel which is lovely, but my aim for this year is to try as many different heels as possible Geoff Hamilton is a legend and was the best gardener ever, great buy as well ❤
Ohh Lettlopi, now you've given me an idea! I really want to knit another one but wasn't sure what yarn to go for. I will have to have a look and work out how much I would need. What shades did you knit yours in? 💕

Hi Elaine, thank you for your lovely comment. That's great you got 2 socks out of the gingerbread yarn. The crochet shawl works up really quickly and is a great break knitting. Ohhh exciting you are knitting a mitred square blanket as well 💕
I think I need to make the Just Feel Festive wrap when I've finished a couple of languishing wips. I'm inspired by shawls and wraps at the minute and I love the mindless action of a granny stripe, so it will be perfect. It would also be great TV knitting which is a bonus. Moving on to the book talk, I love Black Beauty. I've not read it for years and my copy is rather tatty now, but I remember constantly carrying it around in my school bag so I could read it on my commute to and from school. My current and only read is the new fantasy release, A Day of Fallen Night by Samantha Shannon, which does intimidate me a little due to its size. However, I did manage to read and really enjoy the other book set in the same world (Priory of the Orange Tree) a few years ago so I want to carry on and see what this book has to offer as well. Hopefully I'll manage to finish it before the end of March!
Thank you for your lovely comment, Yes the granny stripe shawl is perfect for TV and it works up quick - unlike a knitted shawl 😆 That's great you're enjoying your book, big books intimidate me also but if it's a good book and you're enjoying it, it's worth it! 💕
Thanks for sharing your projects. Love your gingerbread everything and the beautiful rainbow blanket! You had mentioned the sketches videos for CS Lewis. Have you seen the TH-cam videos on the channel the Bible Project. It’s amazing how they sketch short synopses of each book and theme to increase understanding for us visual learners.
Thank you Brittany! Oh yes the Bible Project is amazing isn’t it? I use it often to help me when I’m reading books of the Bible and need help to understand/process what’s happening 💕
Love your colourful blanket! Have you considered knitting an applied i-cord? It would make it look a bit more finished and rounded, and you could do it with dpns, so no need of any superlong chord to hold the whole thing. Thank your for such an inspiring episode!
Thank you for a lovely episode. I find my vlogs are viewed less than my podcast episodes too. Also, I knitted the Felix cardigan and pullover and I’m looking at knitting another pullover. Thoroughly agree with you about some patterns being so lovely that you want it in many different colours for your wardrobe. Amy x
Nice to see you 😊 I love buying soap and use it in my drawers but also under the bottom sheet on my bed, by my feet as it stops me getting cramp in my legs. I didn't believe it would work, but it does! I now live on the South Coast but lived in Somerset for 16 years and went to Tyntesfield when it first opened. Very little of the building was accessible then but I've watched it become alive with all the restoration work that has been done. I love how the National Trust now do this with their new acquisitions.
Thank you Sandra. That's so interesting about the soap and how it helps your leg cramps! Tyntesfield is so beautiful isn't it? How special that you got to visit when it first opened. I really loved the chapel 💕
Wednesday has been renewed - happily. I enjoyed it, like a gothic Veronica Mars (which I loved too). Your blanket is beautiful - I’d take it without a border. It’s glorious, your knitting is so smooth. I remember you knitting it and being so inspired, it’s a firm plan for the future to make one of my own. Thank you for showing the gingerbread socks too - I just checked and found I can get some of the yarn here (other side of the world), and it’s nice to see what some yarns look like when knitted up. Fair enough about the magazine - that’s so expensive. Works out at $14 here. When I was a kid we’d get a magazine as part of our Christmas present - or a birthday present and I still remember that with joy. There’s so much more in your podcast, but this comment is long enough. Except for “long live Molly” - beautiful colours on that lovely girl.
Hi Shelley, YAY that's good news!! Thank you, I'm very happy with it. Yes I agree, some yarns look so different once they have been knitted up. Glad you were able to get hold of some, it's really lovely. Aww thank you, she's a gorgeous cat, but I am a little biased 😆💕😻
I think that you talked about The Girls Who Disappeared by Claire Douglas. I just finished reading it this week and loved it. Thank you for sharing! I also read Heartless by Marissa Meyer, I can’t remember if you shared that or someone else, but that was good as well, although a bit sad.
A lovely podcast as always. I feel just the same about how some sock yarn can be lost in a pattern. Your blanket is fabulous. I love watching your podcasts and vlogs, they are all so interesting and you always make me laugh. Love Marion xxx
That's great, do you use it for audio books or to read books? I was hoping you could get the Libby app on the Kindle so that you could download books and read them but I don't think you're able to? 💕
New viewer here and loved this video, all of your projects are gorgeous. I cant wait to see more especially any EPP as thats my main love but share your joy of knitting and crochet too.
Hi Rachel, thank you for watching 💕 I will definitely share my EPP next episode. It’s such a lovely project and one which I really want to spend time on this year. What projects are you currently working on? 🪡💕
So excited you will have holiday shop update in a few weeks!! I have tried to get one before Christmas and always missed! I live in the USA, so I need to figure out the time difference and be at my computer when the shop updates!! LOVE your Christmas bag and the sock yarn you are using!! As I live in the states, I am unfamiliar with the Allotment. I did a quick google search, but didn't find many details. Are these properties that are close to your home address or are these possibly areas that are open to the public and you are allowed a certain portion to plant for beautification? Life is SHORT.....use the special soap, you deserve it!!
So lovely to sit with you for an hour- I always look forward to your episodes. Absolutely looooove that pink alpaca Lang yarn, should knit up as something amazing. I've watched you from Seoul this time, where I am on tour for 3 weeks, and I'm starting to feel really homesick so when your latest episode popped up, I was "ooooh put everything on hold, I'm going home for a moment!". So thank you for bringing Europe closer to me. I'm reading book 5 in the Seven Sisters Series, I might be wrong but I have a feeling you've read them? Hugely enjoying them! And I've just this evening finished the first sleeve on my Moby Sweater by Petite Knit. Your throw is beautiful and one can tell it has been a labour of love. Well done!
Thank you for such a lovely kind comment. Oh wow - Seoul for 3 weeks! Are you far into your tour or is it at the start? I get homesick, I'm very much a homebody. Glad the podcast passed some time for you and you enjoyed watching. No, I haven't read the Seven Sisters, I will have a look into them and see if I can get the first book on audio or maybe my library has a copy. Love the Moby sweater, what yarn are you knitting it in? I don't think my knitting skills are up to it but I'd love to give it a go some day 💕
Dear Sherrie, I really loved this episode! I had the feeling I was sitting at your kitchen table knitting away while you were telling about all your reading, watching, exploring and of course your knitting and crocheting. I am reading 'A Court of Thorns and Roses' by Sarah J. Maas, after you suggested it in one of the podcasts. Thanks so much that you want to spend time with us! Knitty greetings, Regina
Lovely chatty episode! I loved it. I heard about your channel from Gayna-- so glad I checked it out. I love your mitred square blanket. I am thinking of starting one but am hung up on whether or not I have enough yarn. Those books all sound interesting. Our libraries use Libby over here in Canada for audiobooks. I have three library memberships from three diferent library systems so can usually find just about any book I want although I may have to wait. Great episode! Thanks!
Hi Jane, thanks for your lovely comment! Thanks for coming across from Gayna 💗 Oh wow that’s great you’re signed up to 3 different library systems. There’s another one over here which I can sign up to and I might, although I have quite a few audio books on hold with Libby at the moment 😄 You can make your mitred squares smaller, although that makes you’ll have to knit more in the long run. Maybe it could be a long term project and then as and when you have left over yarn you can add a square. I do fancy making a scrappy left over version. Just need to finish a few wips first 🤣 💕
Lovely projects as always. I’ve just started using borrowbox for audiobooks and I’m really enjoying them on my walks to work or when I’m doing the housework or cooking the tea. Your advent wrap is so pretty . Just the perfect combo of yarn and pattern. Xx
Hey Fran 💕 fab that you're using Borrowbox, I know they also have magazines as well. I check out the craft ones every now and then. Love that you've just uploaded a podcast, your shawl is lush 💕
Geoff Hamilton has sadly been dead for a few years, but he was the BEST! Funny and practical and so straightforward with his advice - you won't go far wrong using that book! Good luck! By the way, the mohair colour was incredible! Not surprised you couldn't resist it! X
Oh I didn't realise, that's really sad, I'm looking forward to reading his book and learning! I enjoy gardening, it brings me much joy 💕The mohair makes me smile every time I catch eyes on it! 😍
Lovely episode, thank you. - you obviously had a wonderful time with Gayna - like minds together! I LOVE CS Lewis - did you know there are walking tours around his old haunts in Oxford?
Thank you 💕 yes we had such a lovely time! I’ve almost finished editing a vlog which has some little clips of our time together. Oh wow no I did not know that about the tours. Which book would you recommend I read after Mere Christianity? 💕
@@OllieandBella I think ‘the Screwtape letters’ would be a good follow-on from Mere Christianity. I guess you’ll be reading all the Narnia books with your family as they grow up! We visited a couple of National Trust properties near Gloucester recently and I discovered their treasure-hunt second hand books - where they wrap books in brown paper with just a brief synopsis of the book and you take a chance on what you get - I discovered 2 new authors who I think I will enjoy and both for £1 each - bargain!! Have you read any of Francine Rivers books? I think you’d love them. 📕📖👩🏫💕
What a beautiful projects, Sherrie.🤩Love your ‘Knitted recipe blanket’, I am still working on mine (I knit smaller squares, didn’t think about that very good at the start hahaha…. So I think it will take yeeaaarsssss to finish it😂🤣).
Thank you Ingrid. Oh yes smaller squares 😆 well maybe just make a cushion cover instead? 😂 Or a small lap blanket. Although least the pressure wont feel so bad if you know it's a long term project 💕
You mentioning the Black Beauty series Sherrie, brought the music instantly into my head! I used to love it! 🥰I'm working on my second Braids of Grass jumper and the Great Love cardigan, along with a couple of other things...☺
I want to go and find an episode now just so I can listen to the theme tune again! The Braids of Grass jumper is stunning! What yarn/shade are you knitting yours in? The Great Love cardigan looks like a great staple garment to have 💕
@@OllieandBella I'm using Lettlopi in the Stone Blue Heather colourway. I've had a devil of a job getting hold of Lettlopi in Europe - apparently Ístex had problems with their machinery last year so the production was stopped for a while.
@@JardineraAnge The stone blue heather looks lovely, I really like Milkyway but it's sold out, quite a few look like they're sold out. Hopefully production will pick back up again. I've not knitted with any Lopi yarn but really fancy having a go this year 💕
So inspiring! Thinking about knitting the Log Cabin! Last time it turned into a pillow! I can do better than that now!! Need to use up all the scraps and minis!
Hello. Thank you for taking the time to record another wonderful episode. I have a question about the log cabin blanket: what is your size of needles for using DK weight? Any other modifications you have made? Thank you.
Good afternoon Sherrie, I watch podcasts and vlogs and appreciate all your videos! Also Molly is the sweetest- loved the end clip ❤. Have a wonderful week, Kate
Completely with you on patterned socks love texture but also love vanilla for a busy colour.I’m enjoying reading and audio books and I’ve read a couple of Kristen Hannah and devoured them .Also I enjoy a good mystery Claire mackintosh is a new find also gripping .I’m making socks as usual .
Hi Jenny, ohh I haven't searched to see what other books Kristen Hannah has written but I will definitely check. I don't think I've read any books by Claire Mackintosh but will pop over to Goodreads and have a look. Thank you for your recommendations 💕 Just out of interest, how many sock wips do you have on the go? Or do you knit one pair at a time? I'm trying to be good and NOT cast on another sock without finishing the 3 I currently have in project bags! 😂
@@OllieandBella I have loads of sock wips , some do get finished but I get so easily distracted I cast on 2 pairs this week then went away on holiday bought more yarn and had to start that ! I’m also watching fire fly lane on Netflix based on Kristen Hannah book.
@@jennydawson1281 I have seen that series but have not watched it! Are you far in? Would you recommend? OHH holiday yarn is an exception, what did you get? 🧶
Completely agree with you about patterned yarn and patterned socks, I think one detracts from the other, only my opinion though xx I’ve also read The Nightingale and loved it, if you haven’t tried The Great Alone by Kristin Hannah that is excellent too though completely different xx Loved the podcast as usual and look forward to the next one, love your vlogs too xx
Gorgeous projects - your socks are especially fab! Feeling really inspired to knit some now 🙂 Love your granny stripe scarf/wrap too ❤ I know exactly what you mean about plain yarn and more intricate patterns vs busier yarn with plain patterns. That’s def what I’d do too. Thanks for a lovely podcast 🙂
Thank you Catherine 💕 I’m feeling the need to cast more socks on but I mustn’t 😆 I need to finish the socks I have! It’s hard especially when you have yarn sitting there looking at you 😂 💕
@@OllieandBella I know what you mean! The yarn is calling to me too... ! (and I might have ordered a ball of the WYS self-striping yarn yesterday too, inspired by your gingerbread socks...)
I just watched this video for the first time (stumbled upon your TH-cam channel). Thank you for sharing your projects. However I love the design of the pink jumper you’re wearing. What’s the pattern?
I love your Felix sweater on you! What is the yarn you used for that and will you use the same yarn for your next one in a different colour? Enjoyed this episode and love all your knitting projects.
Thank you, well the yarn I used is very old and actually from Aldi 😆 when they first started stocking crafting items. Sadly the yarn that they have now is not the same quality as this yarn. It is 100% Acrylic but it was a good experiment to see how I got on knitting a garment. I think I will try Lettlopi on my next one 💕
Thank you Sherrie for another knit chat with you! Love your work, the rainbow blanket is perfect! Maybe finish with an icord border?I just finished reading “Lucy By The Sea by Elizabeth Strout, you might enjoy her style. Have a blessed week!
Thanks Janet, I’m really considering An icord border. I will have a look on You Tube for a quick look, I’m sure it’s pretty simple to pick up - hopefully it is 😂 I will have a look at Lucy by the Sea - thank you for sharing 💕
Hi Siri, it’s Marion Jay from Cape Cod Massachusetts in the USA and that I just like to say I thought I’d like to make that Charlotte humate. I think it I’d have to use for applying because I can’t see very well. I have macular degeneration then and then I saw the other little quilt and I love that, so I have to decide which one I would probably finish so let me know what you think I am going to be 90 Omi in a couple of months 37:40😊 37:4637:4937:50
What a great episode lovely! I love your shawl and may make one of those with my 2022 advent. Also love your Felix sweater! What yarn did you use? It’s a beautiful colour xxx
Hey lovely, I hope you’re well 💕 Oh yes the pattern is perfect for an advent calendar. Thank you - well you’ll laugh because the yarn is really old, it’s from Aldi! But I bought it soooooooo many years ago. The yarn which they have now is not the same, this yarn is really soft and feels nice. The yarn which I’ve seen recently doesn’t look the same and not as nice quality sadly 💕
@@OllieandBella Thanks love! I know what you mean, I’ve bought yarn from there before and the stuff isn’t as nice now. I’m going on the hunt for some pretty pale pink aran! Loved watching this video, it was like spending an hour with a friend. Xx
Hi Sherrie, as always I love everything you shared. I’m a crocheter primarily but have been know to knit a few things! I love the look of the Sophie Shawl, would you say it’s suitable for an adventurous beginner ? Also - is the pattern written in English? Thanks ❤
Thank you Anna, yeah sure its from lovely Kathrin at Bed Of Roses Norway I have popped a link to her shop here for you to take a look 💕 bedofrosesnorway.com/product/cup-with-handle-sand/
I'm reading the Cursed and the Broken by Chloe Hodge, a fantasy set in Hungary, I'm really enjoying it so far. I'm knitting a lent scarf in some lace weight yarn at the moment and about to cast on the Virginia Top by Joji Locatelli with Vivacious 4ply by fyberspates in the Copper Tones colourway, it's for the #VestFriendsMAL hosted by Ahna of Brook Willow Knits on youtube. I love your blanket and the garter squares with the minis are lovely.
Hi Lisa, I’ve not read anything by Chloe Hodge but will definitely check her out. It’s great when you’re really enjoying a good book! Lovely projects you’re working on. I really like the idea of a lent scarf 🥰💕
Are the magic heel socks you made for Jessie DK or are they fingering? I want to make for my kiddos but I’m not sure if the regular pattern will fit and I have 3 under 8.
Your Felix is lovely! I love the color you chose and it fits you so well. What yarn did you use for that? I want to be a copy cat 😻 The alpaca you picked up for the Ranunculus is beautiful! You mentioned you'll be finding a yarn to hold with it, but maybe you could use the alpaca alone. I've seen many made with mohair and I myself knit one using one strand of alpaca and absolutely love it. I used Cascade El Cielo, so it might be a heavier weight than the alpaca you have, but could be worth a try! 😊
Thank you Amanda, I used yarn which was in my stash for years! It was from Aldi 😆 but it was when they first started offering crafting bits and bobs in their special offers. The yarn which they have now is sadly not the same, I wouldn't recommend it which is a real shame. I'm planning to knit my next one with Lettlopi once I can get hold of the colourway - Milkyway. Oh really? One strand of mohair? That's good to know. 💕🧶

Hi Natalia, I think I might give that a go! Sounds like a good idea and no need for a mega long cable then. Thanks for watching 💕
Amy x
Totally agree with the yarn and what type of socks you make with it.
Thank you Marion, I'm glad you enjoy watching my podcasts and vlogs 🥰 even better that I make you laugh, I have so much fun filming and editing 💕
I love Libby - I use it all the time. Lovely to see you again 😊
That's great, do you use it for audio books or to read books? I was hoping you could get the Libby app on the Kindle so that you could download books and read them but I don't think you're able to? 💕
@@OllieandBella I don’t think the app is available for e-readers. I use it mostly for audio books; I really prefer to read print books.
@@helenrussell294 Same as me! Although with the kindle, I'm able to read and knit which is a bonus 😆 only simple knitting though! Nothing major 😆
I don't think my knitting skills are up to it but I'd love to give it a go some day 💕
Lovely video today Sherrie! I love seeing all your projects, especially socks, and hearing what you have been up to! Love the book chat too!
Thank you Heather 💕
I'm reading Piranesi by Susanna Clarke. Really strange, really good.
Aww 🥰 thank you! I had a lovely time sharing. Ohh you’ll enjoy the ACOTAR series 🥀 💕
Gorgeous blanket 💕. Another amazing episode 🧶💗🧶
Thank you Maria 💕
Wow, that’s beautiful you should be. I love that little Afghan. It’s so cute you could always net again if you think about that just to suggest
Thanks for coming across from Gayna 💗
Oh wow that’s great you’re signed up to 3 different library systems. There’s another one over here which I can sign up to and I might, although I have quite a few audio books on hold with Libby at the moment 😄
You can make your mitred squares smaller, although that makes you’ll have to knit more in the long run.
Maybe it could be a long term project and then as and when you have left over yarn you can add a square. I do fancy making a scrappy left over version. Just need to finish a few wips first 🤣 💕
Love your finished blanket and socks.your cat is so beautiful.great podcast .
Thank you Marilyn 💕
Lovely projects as always. I’ve just started using borrowbox for audiobooks and I’m really enjoying them on my walks to work or when I’m doing the housework or cooking the tea. Your advent wrap is so pretty . Just the perfect combo of yarn and pattern. Xx
Hey Fran 💕 fab that you're using Borrowbox, I know they also have magazines as well. I check out the craft ones every now and then. Love that you've just uploaded a podcast, your shawl is lush 💕
@@OllieandBella ooh good tip on the magazines. I’ll have a look
Great to hear from you, Sherrie! Now I'm going to go find you on Goodreads so I can see what you're reading!
Hey Amber 💕 hope you're well! Loved watching your Vlogmas, blimey that feels like so long ago now. Following you on Goodreads now 📚
What a beautiful projects, Sherrie.🤩Love your ‘Knitted recipe blanket’, I am still working on mine (I knit smaller squares, didn’t think about that very good at the start hahaha….
@@OllieandBella hahaha good suggestions, but I will go on and enjoy knitting every square
You can do it Penelope! I'm not sure what size my log cabin will be, I only plan to use the DK minis that I have, but that might change. Thank you 💕
Ohhh...and the Nightingale is perfection...I'm so jealous you're getting to read it for the first time. So fabulous
I'm nearly half way now Beth and I'm really enjoying it, I wonder if it was ever made into a film? 💕
A movie came out called the Nightingale but it’s not the same story. Read City of Thieves next….wonderful.
Hello. Thank you for taking the time to record another wonderful episode. I have a question about the log cabin blanket: what is your size of needles for using DK weight? Any other modifications you have made? Thank you.
Thank you Dorothee, the needles I am using are 4.5mm. I have followed the pattern exactly as it is with no mods 💕
Good afternoon Sherrie, I watch podcasts and vlogs and appreciate all your videos! Also Molly is the sweetest- loved the end clip ❤. Have a wonderful week, Kate
Thank you Kate 💕 she’s such a sweet cat 🐈 🐾
Such a lovely video Sherrie - I enjoy every single thing you've been making!💕💕💕
Aww thank you Judy 💕
I'm here for the views yarn and the chat love your kitchen podcast just waiting on the vans reversing or birds lol
Thank you! 💕🧶🥰
I read Unsettled Ground and I loved it! Enjoy!!
Mitered square is so lovely. How many stitches do cast on? Such a lovely thing to share.
Thank you, I did 25 stitches 💕
Completely agree with you about patterned yarn and patterned socks, I think one detracts from the other, only my opinion though xx I’ve also read The Nightingale and loved it, if you haven’t tried The Great Alone by Kristin Hannah that is excellent too though completely different xx Loved the podcast as usual and look forward to the next one, love your vlogs too xx
Thank you Marcelle, no I haven’t read The Great Alone, I will check it out - thank you for the recommendation. Thank you for your kind words 💕
I loved the great alone , listened on audible and was nearly late for work wanting to keep listening,
@@jennydawson1281 Ha ha , I've done that before! I will have a look on Libby for it 💕
Gorgeous projects - your socks are especially fab! Feeling really inspired to knit some now 🙂
Love your granny stripe scarf/wrap too ❤
I know exactly what you mean about plain yarn and more intricate patterns vs busier yarn with plain patterns.
@@catherinecrochets Oh fab!!!! 💕🧶
Your lap blanket is beautiful. Make it into a pillow?
I will have a look on You Tube for a quick look, I’m sure it’s pretty simple to pick up - hopefully it is 😂
I will have a look at Lucy by the Sea - thank you for sharing 💕
Hi Siri, it’s Marion Jay from Cape Cod Massachusetts in the USA and that I just like to say I thought I’d like to make that Charlotte humate. I think it I’d have to use for applying because I can’t see very well. I have macular degeneration then and then I saw the other little quilt and I love that, so I have to decide which one I would probably finish so let me know what you think I am going to be 90 Omi in a couple of months 37:40😊 37:46 37:49 37:50
Xx
@@needleworkfromthebeehive7520 Thank you lovely 💕🧶
Hi Sherrie, as always I love everything you shared. I’m a crocheter primarily but have been know to knit a few things! I love the look of the Sophie Shawl, would you say it’s suitable for an adventurous beginner ? Also - is the pattern written in English? Thanks ❤
Really enjoyed your podcast....thank you.....can you tell me what the gorgeous cup is that you are drinking your coffee from??
Thank you Anna, yeah sure its from lovely Kathrin at Bed Of Roses Norway I have popped a link to her shop here for you to take a look 💕

Hi! Where did you find the magic heel pattern? It looks greats a surprise gift xx
It's by Judy of The Autumn Acorn, if you search Magic Heel on Ravelry it will pop up, there's also a link in the description 💕🧶
Just friended you on good reads. Also put the nightingale on hold. Have you watched Death in Paradise?
Thanks for watching! No I haven’t watched that TV series, would you recommend it? 💕
Just a quick question, will you be putting a border around Each square? Thanks!, Penny
I’m not sure yet, I think I’ll probably decide once I’ve used up the yarn and see how many squares I have and how big it looks 💕
No tassels.😊
Hi there, no they're fingering weight, they knit up really quickly, I knit them on magic loop so she could keep trying them on 💕
How many stITCHESon your log cabin blanket . I have Staci Perry’s pattern. I love the idea of a DK.
I cast on 20 stitches as per the pattern 💕
Just had to stop watching and say your mitred square blanket is lovely, you could do a three needle bind off, it's very easy to do I think pink knits do a video on youtube happy knitting x
Thank you Heather, yes I think I'm going to try the i cord needle bind off, I think it will perfect. Thank you for suggesting it. I will let you know how I get on in the next episode 💕
