Trudeau's fall from grace and soon becoming irrelevant in domestic politics looks certain. Notwithstanding his downfall, India needs to retaliate with tangible punishment against Canada for the way it has treated India, now and in the past. There needs to be a clear message sent out that we are no one's colony anymore. Pompous posturing and high-handedness will not be tolerated any more. Canada must suffer for its collective lack of respect for India's sovereignity, utter lack of diplomacy, immaturity and just downright bigotry when it comes to the whole Khalistan issue. Trudeau's downfall is no reward for India. Canada as a nation is responsible for its actions, no matter which head of state or diplomat is to blame.
