Lauren Flanagan ye like my friend who owns a horse and rides professionally and I recommended her a horse game and she was like “I’d rather spend time with my ACTUAL horse” she knows I want a horse and i don’t like ppl like that. :(
Oof, if I would be that slow somebody would kick my a**. Now I have to say that I'm working in a stable xD we have to do around 50 boxes, beginning is at 7 and finish at 11, but we only have the time from 8/8:30 to 11 because first the horses have breakfast and then they go on the paddock. It's quite hard because we don't have 1 stable, but 5.. It is always a lot of walking from point A to B... I'm pretty glad I don't have to work this weekend!

I did my work experience with Mary King and I couldn’t help but spend 45 minutes doing 1 stable because I was desperate for it to be absolutely perfect. I did get quicker as the week went on but I was still one of the slowest 😂
Great to watch a full day. This is such fun to watch the work and see the work and insight into the horses and the work to keep up a team for top level world class Eventing !
Esme, I am loving all of these farm visit videos. William and his team all seem like a fantastic group of people, and I LOVE how he even gave you a lesson on one of the horses. Seems like a total horseman through and through.

There's no way she could own a 5* eventer 😂 The amount of maintenance a horse of that caliber would take is far more than she would be prepared to do/is capable of doing. She travels far too much to be dedicated enough to have a horse like that, not to mention there is no way she would be a good enough rider for a 5* horse. She could do very limited stuff on his horses with instruction.
@@elizabetheventing3827 Sorry to disappoint you but I'm not jealous (well maybe a bit she got to visit William Fox-pitt's yard) haha. Not saying she's a bad rider in the slightest but the vast majority of equestrians couldn't own and properly look after a 5* eventer. Not saying I could because I couldn't haha
@@elizabetheventing3827 she's true though, if Esme was to get a 5* horse she would really struggle as its completely different to ride compared to her pony club horses and Casper. Yes she's a good rider but when it comes to a horse thats fit you really need to know what you're doing and either dedicate your life to it or hire someone that would do it for you.
I love how esme and all the people that have horses can juggle responsibilities and stays on top of school and separate life. Esme is truly amazing. Wish I was this dedicated. Everyone in the yard seems so nice btw
