  • How to Cook Caramel Crispy Popcorn Fried Chicken with Vegetable
    Ingredients:
    1)Cucumber x 1
    2)Red bell pepper x 1
    3)Chicken breast 500g
    4)Sweet potato flour
    5)Salt
    6)Sugar
    7)Light soy sauce
    8)Garlic powder
    9)Pepper powder
    Method:
    1)cut the bell pepper and cucumber into small pieces
    2)cut the chicken meat into small bite size pieces
    3)Marinate chicken with
    a)salt 1 teaspoon
    b)dashes of garlic powder
    c)Light soy sauce 2 teaspoons
    d)set aside for 30 minutes
    4)add of 1 cup of cold water and 1 teaspoon sweet potato starch into the chicken and mix well
    5)coat the chicken meat with sweet potato flour evenly
    6)fry the chicken until golden brown
    7)set aside the fried chicken
    8)heat up wok with oil and add 4 teaspoons of sugar
    9)Stir in low heat until the sugar caramelized
    10)add bellpepper, cucumber and water, stir fry in medium high heat until sauce thicken
    11)add fried chicken, dashes of salt to taste, saute until chicken fully coated with sauce

    材料
    1)黄瓜x 1
    2)红灯笼椒x 1
    3)鸡胸肉500g
    4)地瓜粉
    5)盐
    6)糖
    7)酱油
    8)蒜粉
    9)胡椒粉
    煮法:
    1)将灯笼椒和黄瓜切成小块
    2)将鸡肉切成小块
    3)腌鸡
    a)盐 1茶匙
    b)少许大蒜粉
    c) 生抽 2 茶匙
    d)搁置30分钟
    4)加1杯冷水和1茶匙地瓜粉,拌匀
    5)均匀地裹上地瓜粉
    6)将鸡肉炸至金黄色
    7)炸鸡放在一边以备,备用
    8)起油锅,加入4茶匙糖
    9)小火搅拌直到焦糖化
    10)加入灯笼椒、黄瓜和水,中火翻炒至酱汁浓稠
    11)加入炸鸡,加少许盐调味,炒至鸡肉完全沾上酱汁
