@@theresilientmum I am far too hard on myself. I especially liked the affirmation of not letting others tell you what works for you & your family. I am trying to focus on my child above all other responsibilities & chores, and remember that my child’s well being (and my own - cannot pour from an empty cup is another favorite very true one).
