I made a comment earlier about being frustrated with the play but I take it back because (for one thing) I'm not a musicals type person and watching this on video Is Nothing like seeing it in person! So a friend invited me and I thought I should check it out and it was Amazing!! I really loved it. I sat near the stage so I got to see more stuff (that they didn't show on camera) and when the Egypt scenes with the soldiers chasing the Hebrew women and killing the babies and Moses mother leaving him in the water about made me cry. I love the Jesus on the white horse scene too. And the dancers and the costumes. It was so much fun. I will definitely go next year. So anyway, don't just watch the video. GO see it in person it makes a whole lot of difference. 😁
This was a brilliant production! It portrayed Jesus as fully human, able to enjoy himself when it was time and he felt the pain of his death. And yet he went through with it for he knew the will of the father

I was there, present with my family. My grandchildren still talk about the play today and love reading about Jesus! Everyone did a magnificent job. I just knew the Lord was about to return that night ; powerful!

This is amazing play that I ever scene. listening to the music of Jesus's birth is so beautiful and watching the whole play is makes me feel more closer to God and understanding that Jesus gave up his life to free us from the tyranny of sin. I also want to say to the First Baptist Church of Jacksonville this was a brilliant production! the best play that you ever made!!!

When is this put on? I would love to come see it! I love the beginning! This is a great showing that not all Christians are back-water hicks who are unartistic or unintelligent. PTL!
