We hit a sustained gnarly section of the Continental Divide in New Mexico that was a challenge, and I put it down towards the end. New Mexico was very challenging but that's the stuff you remember!
I'm amazed you kept control almost to the end. So close. Had you had a chance to walk it first, you would have cleared it. Quite a bouncy ride. The bike does great.
I watch this video with the same amazement.😂 My mind said Stop and recon, my heart said send it! I knew being fully loaded if I lost momentum I'd have a tough time restarting so I went for it ha. I got lucky I made it that far. All bike man. That suspension is the truth. I wanted to get over to the right and then that rock had other plans for me haha.
Thank you! I'm glad I didn't go down harder. Got pretty lucky through that section. It didn't let up after that either. It will all be in an episode coming soon a little further on in the trip. Thanks for watching!
450lb bike plus 100 pounds of gear. Try slow technical approaches on an uphill technical and you wont last very long or burn the clutch. I was trying to keep momentum and make my way to the right when my front tire redirected. This is an uphill grade and video doesnt show that well. You can tell by the small number of views and subscribers I have that impressing my small following isn't that big on my list. Hey and I almost made it to the top. Sure, I could've been more careful, but that's not as fun and takes no balls. Sometimes you gotta live a little and take chances. 👍

That is some gnarly stuff
Very gnarly indeed. I was making my way to the right when my tire redirected me left and put me in the rocks! Adventure of a lifetime though.
@@advryan1 for sure
Well done for making up
Thank you! And thanks for watching! It was a tough trail but a ton of fun.
Good on you. No harm no foul.

A for effort!!
@@AdventureJeff269 Thanks Jeff! It was a tough stretch no doubt. I was trying to make my way right and then woooop! Off to the left I go. 😅 Fun stuff!
Maybe slow down instead of trying to impress You Tube… it’s a rocky technical section that requires skill not speed…
