These guys are a scam. Their data is not accurate for example the rank they show for a listing in their software is different from the ranking that comes when you actually search a keyword. Secondly they trap you when you subscribe to their service as there is no straightforward cancellation option available. They first give you 20% discount when you want to use the cancel option. If you disagree they give you the option to pause for a few months. This is the actual trap as when you pause you may forget to again get into to idiotic lengthy chats with customer service to cancel and they reactivate and charge you at the end of the pause period. If you contact them to cancel and refund. They simply refuse whether you have used the service or not. Beware of this scam
Couple things here: first, you obviously are confused with how amazon keyword ranking works. the ranking data is 100% accurate, its taken from a real browsing scenario. If you search a keyword on your computer you could try 5 different browsers and 10 different addresses, and potentially get different ranks....all on your computer. Doesnt mean one is "right and one is "wrong." Secondly you dont seem to understand the meaning of "scam" or "trap" or "straightforward option". It would take me less than 1 minute to cancel my Helium 10 membership. Now if you choose pause instead, and select the date you want it to come back, and then it happens right on time when you asked for it, youre saying thats not fair somehow? SMH
