Shabby.. roti looks under cooked and hard. Idea is very good though. You are so much better Shilpi but this paratha and this stuffing part u didnt do well. you are rushing.
Mere bacchon ka autorickshaw sabere 6.30 am ko aata thha. Isiliye raat ko he taiyari karni padti thi. Mein roz unko breakfast may & tiffin may koi bhi fresh leafy ya aur koi vegetable eg. Palak, methi, muli ke patte, cabbage, grated pumpkin, grated lauki/raw banana + carrots + beetroot, ko kaccha he aatey may mila kar, sath may 1-2 tbsp besan, sukhey masale - namak, haldi, dhaniya-jeera powder , mirchi powder, ghee, yeh sab mila kar, aata goond kar, airtight dabbey may fridge may raat ko rakh deti thhi, sabere theplas/parathas banane ke liye. Sath he roz sabere koi pulses - kala chana, hara chana, white peas inko soak kar deti thhi namak ke pani may aur raat ko boil kar ke fridge may rakhti thhi. Next day, unko 1 whistle tak full flame par boil jarti thhi taki garam ho jaye. Water drain off kar ke, unko tiffin may dal kar, upar finely chopped tomatoes, hara dhaniya, chat masala, pepper powder, lemon juice dal kar deti thhi aur sath may 2 vegetable theplas/parathas. Breakfast may 2 theplas & a glass of milk & 1 egg - boiled or sunny side up. 😊 Do-pahar ko woh school se aa kar , roti sabzi, dal khatey thhey. Kabhi kabhi change ke liye idli-chutney ya Ghar ka Bina soda ka dhokla-chutney deti thhi. Puran poli - jo ek Gujarat - Maharashtra ki dish hai, aata + boiled dal+gud + ghee se banti hai, stuffed aalu paratha ki tarah, yeh bhi bacchon ko bahut pasand aati hai . Mein usme khajoor, badam, pista, kaju mixer maypees kar add kar deti thhi. Sath may ghee roasted makhanas with salt & pepper, deti thhi. Kabhi sweet corn+chana dal+moong dal/ ya vegetables ke cutlets with green chutney of pudina-coriander & tomato ketchup deti thhi. Sath may bread butter. Kabhi salted pongal, upma, poha, ragi idlis chana dal-sweet corn idlis/dhoklas. In sab ke sath badhiya crushed dry fruits + aata ka halwa with lots of ghee. 😋

🧿🧿 To my 7yr old ..i gv sabzi parantha+salad(raw capsicum fingers,beans,or carrot) s pr d season+dry fruits+aata seeds dry fruits ghee barfi/laddu+a fruit box daily.. sometimes though rarely,i gv bread jam/butter(peanut).. sometimes..idli,cheela,appam,toast(wid veggies n thandi malai desi n pure-cheese)..i kp it simpl n something dat won't mk him fussy...life is hard,kp ur eating habits simple (trying to teach him). To my 4 yr old,i gv salad,fruit,dat barfi/laddu bt chhotu sa sized jo directly muh mein jaaye,dry fruits sb kuchh vry less in quantity..vo actually lazy to chew h...n in 2 hrs hez back.. tb proper lunch.. Morning mein dono ko milk. N eve+night mein b.. Again younger one is fussy in dat too..bt Evry mummyz Ninja technique 😅 🧿
