I feel for you Linda, both my in-laws which I loved had forms of dementia. My parents were 20 years younger than my in-laws but I loss my parents 4 years apart. Mom was 64 from a massive heart attack. Daddy had a 10 year battle with brain cancer. God Be With You!
In some ways dementia is worse than cancer, it steals away the spirit we love and leaves a shell that is not our parents. I will pray for you and yours as you go through this journey.

Perfection, it is comfortable warm and unified. Love the hutch and the green plates in front of the white plates and then the two chicken/roaster in the middle wow factor. Looks like a magazine picture from country living. You both did a great job and all her accents she purchased and you both painted just the right touches. Not to much and not to little. Just right. I absolutely love the dining room makeover at your Mom’s house. Can I just say that when the two of you are together, you both are hilarious. I love the China cabinet decorated the way you did with the white plates with the green glass plates in front of them. It made the China cabinet stand out more. It would be nice to have some kind of lighting in the China cabinet to show off her crystal. It would sparkle.
