Sorry, this is a little late. I know Christmas is over, but I had to share Ale’s smile while putting up our tree. Anyway, let me know if you find this motivating or if you can relate to feeling overwhelmed with all the things we have to take on in motherhood and what helps you. Thanks for watching!
I'm a mom of 4 and I know this feeling. You are exhausted in every way possible. What you need is a break even if it is a short one. You need to find those things that give you strenght and move them up in your priority list. Reading, praying, a short walk, any craft, cooking, baking, literally anything. And you need to make room for it in your life. Even if it's just half an hour a day it should be yours. You know the security brief on the plane before taking off: if there is an emergency put the oxigen mask on yourself BEFORE putting it on your child. Because of you are not well you cannot help them. This might be a silly comparison but it helped me through the hardest times. Maybe it helps you too❤ never forget that you are the perfect mom for Ale the best she could ask for ❤️ sending you both a big hug!
Omg yes! I have been trying to implement things that make me happy like coloring scripture, making these videos and talking to you guys also help. Thank you for watching and the advice. I really appreciate it! 😃
I believe you might have caregiver burnout. I also have the same symptoms and I also have a special needs child. Vitamins, water and sleep help. I hope you feel better and happy new year. 🤗
Yes definitely burnt out that’s why it felt good that to at least get that winter break from homeschool. Thank you so much for your concern and for sharing your experience.
I’m curious if a lot of it could be like ptsd from the lifestyle of being a caregiver of a child with special needs. And girl i know how overwhelming it is with supplies. I’ve had to declutter a lot as well. Praying you’re able to sort everything out and that your family health issues improve.
I have fibromyalgia I got the brain fog I'm doing good but if I stress to much it will throw me into a fibro attack. Exercise is key but I don't do it as much as I should.
You are doing great! Such a blessing to your family. You have the Holy Spirit in you 🤍
Never doubt yourself! You are doing the best you can and she knows it❤
Thanks for the encouragement! 😃

It's definitely a tough life, but we're making progress! Idk if PTSD will ever go away. Thank you for your prayers 🙏🏼
