ADDITIONAL REMINDERS FOR MINORS:
1. Traveling with parent/s
a. Original Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA)-issued birth certificate or report of birth; and
b. If the minor is traveling without the mother, original copy of PSA-issued
marriage certificate;
2. Travels Requiring Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Clearance or Certificate of Exemption
2.1. DSWD Travel Clearance Certificate (TCC), When Required
2.1.1. Passengers traveling with a minor shall present a DSWD TCC under
any of the following circumstances:
a. If the parents are not married and the minor is traveling without the
mother;
b. If the minor is traveling with a person other than his/her parent/s; or
c. If the passenger is over 18 years old but unable to fully take care of
himself/herself or protect himself/herself from abuse, neglect, cruelty,
exploitation or discrimination because of a physical or mental disability
or condition.
2.1.2. Minors thirteen (13) years old and above, who are traveling alone, shall present a DSWD TCC. Minors below thirteen (13) years old are
absolutely prohibited from traveling alone.
2.2. DSWD Certificate of Exemption from TCC, When Required
Passengers traveling with a minor shall present a DSWD Certificate of
Exemption from TCC under any of the following circumstances:
a. If the parents are not married and the minor is traveling with the biological
father who has sole parental authority or legal custody over the minor;
b. When the traveling companion is the legal guardian;
c. Orphans of married parents and traveling with the substitute parent/s
(grandparent or nearest kin); and
d. Orphans of non-married parents and traveling with the substitute parent/s or nearest kin on maternal side.
3. Minors Subject of Adoption
3.1. For adopted minors with an Order of Adoption but pending issuance of a new PSA-issued birth certificate
a. Travel Authority for the adoptive parent/s and adopted minor issued by the National Authority for Child Care (NACC).
3.2. Prospective Adoptive Parent/s Traveling with a Minor Subject of Pending Domestic Adoption Proceedings
a. For proceedings pending with the NACC
i. DSWD Travel Clearance Certificate
b. For those pending in courts
i. A manifestation or notice about the intended travel, duly received by the
Court where the case is pending, filed at least seven (7) calendar days
before the intended date of travel.
3.3. Prospective Adoptive Parent/s Traveling with a Minor Subject of Pending Inter-Country Adoption Proceedings.
a. Travel Authority for the prospective adoptive parent/s issued by the NACC;
b. Travel Clearance Certificate for Adoptee issued by the NACC; and
c. Clearance from the Commission on Filipinos Overseas (CFO).

I hope pinoys are already aware na BOI already clarified na no need to present your diploma sa Ph immigration officer. They're actually jeopardizing your chance to enter the country of your destination if their immigration officers see na you have your diploma with you pero you're supposed to be there only for tourism. It's a red flag at mag suspect ang foreign immigration officers na hindi talaga as tourist ang purpose mo but to look for work. Pwede ka ma hold for further questioning or worst ma deny entry ka pa. Kung hindi naman work visa meron ka, never bring diplomas, TOR, cv or other documents na ginagamit sa pag apply sa work. At kung nagkataon na nakahanap ka ng work while on a tourist visa pwede namang ipadala mo na lang yang school records mo thru courier service but never adviseable na bitbitin mo yan with you sa travel abroad on a tourist visa.

Planning po pumunta ng SG this coming April and dun po nagwowork husband ko. Kasma ko po ung baby namin dun mag birthday and my mother. Moyher ko po is senior and walang work or any source of income bale ate ko lang po nagsusuport sa knila. Ako po may work and previously may bank account kaso now hindi ko na ginagamit. hi! basically roundtrip tickets, hotel accommodation if you have one po. Hindi naman sila mahigpit para sa travelling family. Kung may copy ka po ng passport ng husband mo po, latest oec and work visa better po. Pero for me wala naman na yang masyadong tanong kapag family ☺️🦋

Hi!!! Thank you for coming back po, usually kapag spouse naman di na sila naghahanap ng AOSG lalo na kapag kasama mo sya sa trip.. About your case po since pareho po kayong adults at walang kids I believe hindi po papayag si IO na magsama kaagad kayo sa booth nya. The only exemption they give is kapag may kids po pero there is no harm in asking din naman lalo na kapag good mood si IO ☺🦋

And my question is gusto ko po ulit mg travel ng dubai my husband is planning n umuwi next yr. And sponsor po nya aq and ksabay n po pgbalik ng uae. My chance po b aq ma offload kht tour nlng po tlg ung reason of travel ko?

For your relatives na distant na or malayong kamag anak I'm not sure kung hahanapin pa pero baka magtingin na lang sila ng PSA birth certificate, pero for me opinion ko lang good naman na po kayo sa IO since mukhang malaking family po ☺🦋

hello po, as long as you can establish naman na ang Salary po is being credited in your PH bank account, na ikaw po ay financially capable, na ikaw po ay employed or contracted po talaga nila then I don’t seen any reason for them to offload you po ☺️🦋

Hello, I'm not really sure po kung tinatanong nila yung length of stay po regarding students studying abroad po kasi I think they are more on legit ba yung student application. Anyway, if you were granted 5 years po but your course will take 02 years I always tell people to be honest, ano po bang plan after ng course, mga ganung bagay po ☺🦋

Hi mag travel po kami by next year going to japan sa tita ko at sponsored nya po, bale kasama ko po nanay ko na senior citizen and I am 26 years old na may trabaho currently ang stay po namin na binabalak for visit is 3 months wala po kasing kasama si mama so ako po ang naatasan na isama mag LOA po ako sa company ko for 3 months or mag resign meron na din po ako naipon na pera kung sakali manghanapan ako, ano po ba ang maipapayo nyo , mga bagay na dapat ko ipresent? mataas po ba ang chansa na ma offload ako or ano po mga dapat ko ipresent pra hindi maoffload. I’m just not sure lang po if hahanapan po kayo ng affidavit of support and guarantee from your auntie po na authenticated sa PH embassy. Hello po. I have a question po. My brother and I will be visiting HK on Feb 2024. I'm currently unemployed (recently graduated last July) and planning for review for the boards after the HK trip. My mother will be my sponsor since I'm not financially capable pa. My problem is, through FB po nag hanap yung mother ko ng transient/boarding house na pagstayan namin for 10 days, hindi po kasi nag rerelease ng booking confirmation yung accomodation namin (hindi naman po kami pwedeng mag stay sa bahay ng employer niya). Pag hahanapan po kami ng Hotel booking, ano po ang pwedeng i-present sa IO. Thank you po!
hello, per my understanding si mother po ninyo is OFW sa HK tama? In this case you have to first prove this one po, by providing her Passport copy, Residence or work visa sa HK, as well as latest OEC. Kung makakapagawa po ng original authenticated affidavit of support and guarantee at ipadala sa inyo, mas maganda. Kung wala po as of the latest requirements siguro ok lang naman po ☺️. Now, about your inquiry sa accommodation, I think wala namang problem kung maeestablish nyo po kung saan yung address na tutuluyn kasi the way I imagine it, kapag naghanap na ng hotel booking is immig sa inyo at na note nya na hindi sya yung conventional na hotel/hostel, then possible ang next na question po is “saan ito at paano nyo na book” duon iikot yung kwento na si mommy po ninyo yung nagbook ng accommodation which then you have to prove na andun nga po si mommy nagwowork at nakatira sa HK. BTW pauwi na po ako ng Pilipinas mamaya and I will be flying to HK din ngayong november 17-20 so I hope watch po kayo ng mga upcoming videos natin. Sana po nakahelp ☺️🦋

i was a former ofw (domestic helper for 30years) at nag forgood na ako . inimbita ako ng dati kong amo (for30yrs)sa Hongkong pra magtourist at ang travel ko is funded by them. am i under the category of “red flag”

Hi Mommy Lermz! Absolutely no need na po kapag pamilyang kay saya ang magbibihaye. Paghandaan na lang po ang OOTD and mga camera kasi for sure wala naman silang higpit sa case po ninyo ☺. For adults po mas usually hiwalay ang pwede lang pong ipasabay ay yung mga anak po na minor, pila na lang kayo sa isang immgration ☺🦋

Hello for what purpose po ang byahe sa Poland? If tourism lang naman at active OFW ka po sa Qatar, with proof then I don't see any reason for them to offload you naman po. If for employment ka na po sa Poland then you must be able to produce your work visa in Poland, valid work contract and your OEC must indicate na sa Poland na ang country if employment mo po ☺🦋

hello po, in all honesty for me questionable po yung magiging purpose of travel ninyo given the timing of your travel po. From OFW tapos end of contract, tapos mag visit visa sa ibang bansa. As an immigration officer ang una ko pong iisipin is, maghahanap ka ng work so maghanda po sa possibility na magisa po kayo sa part na ito. Agahan po sa airport dahil maari po kayong ipa secondary interview. Ngayon, makakatulong po sa byahe ninyo if may copy kayo ng passport ng sister mo po, latest oec nya, residence or work visa sa bansang yon, original PSA birth certificates po. I went to CFO last october 2023 and talk to the officer there, he explained na hindi need ng CFO kapag tourist ka lang, need siya if mag sstay ka na dun sa bansa.

I'm actually curious po if paano po kayo magbabakasyon if di kayo papayagan ni employer ☺. If you'll declare po kasi na working kayo chances are maghanap sila mng proof either COE/ID/leave. Anyway, please make sure na may original affidavit of support and guarantee po kayo from your BF and make sure na apostilled/authenticated ito sa PH embassy sa Australia. Also be ready to establish na BF mo nga po sya by your pics together and convos. Kung nakarating na sya sa Pinas, please ask to get a copy of his passport and arrival stamp. Last tip ko is agahan mo po sa airport kasi pinapahold nila kapag may jowang bibisitahin, madami na kasing cases na charot pala yung BF na pupuntahan ☺🦋

Kakaopen ko lang po kasi ng bank account para sana di na magdala ng extra cash pag nagvisit kay husband sa taiwan though may AOS naman siyang pinadala sakin.. mas okay po bang sabihin ko na lang na wala po akong bank account, online bank or debit card pag tinanong or hinanapan ako ng IO.? hello as long as maestablish nyo naman po na si husband ang sponsor ninyo, na husband nyo nga po siya, na working sya duon and that he is capable to sponsor your trip then I don’t think they will pay much attention to your financial capacity as a tourist po ☺️🦋

1. original affidavit of support and guarantee from your BF dapat authenticated ito sa PH embassy sa country of destination (if hindi po kaya, atleast sa mapa authenticate po sa PH embassy kung san po accessible for your BF, depende po kay immig if tatanggapin nila ito)
2. proof of relationship, pics together and convos mighth be asked

hi! I think nasagot ko na tong inquiry but visiting mother should have no issues po as long as you can prove na andun si mommy nakatira at nagwowork (passport copy, latest oec, residence) Kung may original affidavit of support from your mom na authenticated sa PH embassy much better ☺️🦋

Hi! Highly recommended kung may affidavit of support ka from your BF po, most likely they will hold you for second interview to establish yung relationship and if may capacity ka po on your own. So be prepared na maghanap sila ng pictures together, sumilip ng convos ninyo. Agahan na lang po sa airport ☺🦋
