This is really good! How did you make the match time coding so perfect? I've been experimenting with trying to make a coding like that, but haven't been successful yet.

I honestly don't know, it used to go too fast and now it doesn't anymore. I think it might be the amount of voltage coming in from the dying batteries.

I searched for "flashing LED" circuits using 555 timers (there are other methods but they don't work as well), replace the LED with a relay and your pretty much good to go.

It was running on very low voltage. I've tested it with the new panel and it sounds just fine.
