Hi amiiii Ik u talk abt ur acne a lot I just want to give a bit of advice bc Ik how damaging it can be to self confidence
Don’t touch ur face much
Don’t try much new skincare
Try barrier restore products I love biossance cream
Double cleanse
Only use 1 active ingredient
Don’t use pore strips or drying lotion it might temporarily work but it can actually damage
Don’t shave ur face
Wear as little makeup as possible

Hey ami i also went through a stage where my skin was bad and it looked a lot like yours and i found using really gentle products on the skin and i also restricted my skincare so i only used cleanser a serum moisturiser and then a spot treatment and not overloading my skin with alot of products like face masks and scented products and it really helped calm down my skin! Love you and your videos ami!
