My life also has been a struggle from 2020. I'm still going through a lot. I have to push myself everyday to get up from the bed. Depression, anxiety along with the problems in family, career and what not. The struggle is real. Sometimes all I do is sit and cry out loud. And sometimes what I do is watching your viral trend testing videos or any other videos of yours and that makes me happy. Happy to see you getting stronger.

2020 and 2021 was bad for me too… and I saw so many people growing family wise, Career wise, as a human. Well I was always comparing myself with others and feeling that I was not enough. So much fights and stress at home … it took a toll on my health. But yes, more love to all of us going through this… 2022 is our year…this year is the best of our life, that’s how I started this year ❤️

As someone who's never done makeup (I'm just too much of a lazy idiot to put effort into my appearance), I honestly had no idea what drew me to this channel. It was randomly recommended to me one day, and for some reason I really enjoyed it and subscribed.
In retrospect it's so obviously because of the amazing down-to-earth person you are. Unlike most beauty-based influencers I've seen so far, your content doesn't spring from vanity but authenticity, and that really strikes a chord.

Hey, Jovi. First of all, thanks for sharing your story. I'm turning 23 on the 8th and I'll be having a divorce very soon. I was just unhappy. 2020 was hands down, the worst year of my life. I was depressed for 5 months straight. I didn't even socialize with my family members. I was deep down in the shit. I had suicidal thoughts, I used to cry to God to take me. Then some relatives used to pass taunts that no one will marry a divorcee, make it work but for the first time in my life I was 100% sure that I'll be the happiest if I end this. Now that I know it's going to end and I'm happy. 2021 has been better, let's not be ungrateful. I've my parents by my side, I moved back to Dubai, I was born here and I'm taking it one day at a time, living my life to the fullest. My parents have been my biggest support system and I would have still been in a mess if they wouldn't have encouraged me.

So, I am just a 19 yr old, 1st year Molecular Medicine student ( budding scientist) from Cochin. Things were going ok for me until last June, where my father was suddenly diagnosed with a severe cardiac block and was subjected for a CABG bypass surgery. Things moved upside down since then as I am alone with my mother who is also busy working. Untill then I was having online classes thanks to COVID 😂 so that I could help my father even under mother's absence . But later I had to join the clg and my father became alone at home as we both suffer 'no leaves'. Now it is coming back to a normal life slowly and slowly...I hope that 2022 will make my father fit and ready to join back to work and bring the family to the stable, stress free life. Start of pandemic was devastating for me too, I lost my baby girl, the day she was born, it has been so hard ever since, you go thru depression and at the same time you have to keep yourself up because after some time everyone moves on, no one knows what you are going thru because your pain is yours, and you have to go thru it. Anyways, yaa just keep ur head down and do your best, or not do anything, anything to survive works

Woww jovi..... Ur true inspiration.. . U achieved so much.. still feel not up to.... this yr was also tough for me too.. my in-laws me , my husband was effected with covid.. that 14 days was hell... Iam the only person to cook, no helpers... I just stopped thinking about it.. kind of ignore.. felt like nothing happend... I really thank god that my kids were safe... I sent to my mom's place.. my dad used to get food some days...

2021 is/was a hell of a year , it started at a very good note but 2nd wave hit us from being positive to hospitalization to post covid issues. I hv become a lazy ass now ,not at all interested to go out . I just wish 22 treat all of us well. 🙏
