thats much harder to do, I only know how to tweak the speed/hp/drag coefficient values from the handling lines. I also prefer to maintain all the other values from the gta v handling lines untouched, maintaining the original gta v arcade style. but there are other mods you can find in gta5-mods site that changes the steering (I personally dont like them, the result isn't very good imo)
