Unfortunately there are many mistakes in the setup. You have to take out not just the slime but the 2 silence tokens too, you have to put exploration tokens to the 3 engine rooms also, creating the bag you have to put 1 blank, two random, and only one per player extra not two. I didn't finish watching the video, because I hoped I can make the setup from it, so I don't know if the rules later are correct or not.
Thanks for this. Going to try out this expansion with my group next week. I've had an easy relationship with Nemesis but I'm giving it another chance to see if maybe I was just playing it wrong.
25:00 if you do a melee attack, you always get a contamination card. Furthermore, if you miss, you get injured with a serious wound. Unless you use the convict (in which case you only get a light wound if you miss).
Voidseeder play through incoming? Would be great to see from you guys. Played them twice so far, so thematic! Not as brutal as intruders but ramps up slowly and surely for a very tense game and so many contamination cards!
when you talk about a retreat, around 22:00 you said remove it from the board, just like with intruders, but you dont remove the intruders unless they retreat into a vent, if this is the same with voidseeders you draw an eventcard to see where they move? or are there no way for them to move and thats why they are removed?
I'm sure they just get removed from the board no matter if they go into the technical corridors or not, but this video is the only source of information I've looked over, so we'll both have to read the offical rules to check because this dude apparently forgot stuff already.
I realized very quickly when learning the base game that this game, for whatever reason, uses the words, "turns" and "rounds" backwards. After watching this, I'll just continue to swap them in my head when I play it. And if you're not sure what I mean, well, when you take your turn, that's the end of that player's round. And when everyone has taken all their turns and passed, that's the end of the player's turn. Why did they do this? I have no f'n idea.
Hey is there any where a list by any chance with a complete material list with size and how many of each size of the base game and it's expensions. I want to order capsules but I don't know how many I need of each size.
Hey buddy glad your doing this one. I’m wondering how you mounted the camera over your tale. Sorry I know that’s random. But I do walk throughs and want to set up something like that.
At 7:30 you said you add a blank, 2 random, plus two more for the number of players....but you added 4 more after adding the two random. Should it be blank, 2 random, and two more random?
You add 2 tokens for every player that participates. In this demonstration, there is the pilot and the soldier. 2 tokens added for the pilot, and 2 for the soldier in this case, which is a total of 4. This is seperate from the blank and the default additional 2 tokens that are always in the bag.
Hey, great walk thru of the Voidseeders! Quick follow up question which I cant seem to find answered anywhere... If the soldier went into the room with the turret and was Red (target all).. would he take a light wound then or is it after it is discovered, then on future turns if he or intruder goes into the room will take the damage? (In other words, will he take damage as he goes into the room and revealed the exploration token?) ...again Thanks for all your "Cool" videos!
The way turrets work is the exact moment someone enters a room as a valid target, they take damage from the turret. If you discover a room with a turret that targets everything, you immediately take a light wound. If you resolve an ecounter and spawn an enemy within a turret room, they immediately take damage after the surprise attack happens. If at any point, an enemy enters a turret room during the event phase, they immediately take an injury point.
Great vid. I ve Just One question. If u re infected u lose automatically then? Cuz when u reach Level 5 It s done, right? U can t go down From Level 5?
I believe you use the surgery room normally as it works in the base game, with the added bonus of bringing your insanity level back to 3 before the card scanning process. You wouldn't bring your insanity level back up to 5 for scanning an infected card but just discard it instead, just like how you don't gain another larva for scanning an infected card during the base game.
I’ve always thought those plastic token covers is getting a bit precious lol. Cards, sure but tokens. I’ve never covered a single token in any game I own and they’re all still top notch.
This guy reviewed the game with two others and basically didn’t rate it that highly because it was “easy to win”.....despite playing it incorrectly!!!! 🤔
THIS! I have been waiting for! Fingers crossed for a betrayer 😁🤞🏻
NICE! Looking forward to more expansion content!
Thank you for the explanation. Great vid with great editing and scripting. No BS. Godspeed.

So excited for the play through! You guys are awesome, keep up the good work.
Super excited to watch the game play! Great work! :)
As for why the blue human corpse token is needed, some victory conditions refer to it and require you to get it in an escape pod or other places.
Oh, tnx for this, tommorrow will be a blast.

Thanks for helpful information, i wish you best :)
Nice! Was waiting for this.
Small doubt on your setup: With the Voidseeders there are also exploration tokens in the engine rooms, aren't they?
Verry nice video man.
Appreciate your effort - great video
insanity lvl 5 die? So when the Queen come to the board?
where do you get the plastic covers for the tokens from - they look cool

Nice video!. Where did you get the plastic round “sleeves” for tokens? Danke

Nice. It seems that you miss the three additional exploration tokens which goes into the three engine rooms by setup
Was able to get the Void Seeders at retail but it doesnt have the characters, turrets, etc. wish i would have got it on kickstarter
Great video … can u do more nemesis expansions ?
Great video. Thx a lot. Can the room function be used when a lair is in the room?

Great Video! Can you do one on the other alien race?
Use the player turn marker from the voidseeders box. The mini 😉

What are the plastic token protector things you use?

Is it compulsory to check the contamination cards in the surgery room? In my manual, it says, it is.
If you do playthrough Just make sure you guys follow the rules this time 😊
mihcim5 And if they don‘t: Space ´em! Muahaha!
where did you get those protective cases for the warning tokens??
And which size are they? ;)
@@thorstenschleer8593 they are available from places like Amazon, they are called coin capsules. Come in various sizes
The tokens are 25 mm. So are the cases 26 or 27 mm inner diameter?
I need to get my hands on a copy of nemesis so badddddddd
YES!!
Can there be two or more voidseeders/intruders in one room with you ?
Nice :)
I’ve always thought those plastic token covers is getting a bit precious lol. Cards, sure but tokens.
I’ve never covered a single token in any game I own and they’re all still top notch.
I think this idea is cool and adds some better haptics to the tokens. What is the size of the plastic covers you used?
Like 8 minutes in and there are a couple incorrect rules
This guy reviewed the game with two others and basically didn’t rate it that highly because it was “easy to win”.....despite playing it incorrectly!!!! 🤔
BETRAY! BETRAY! BETRAY!
Whoa, so turrets have minds to turn them mad? Damn those oversensitive AIs...
Finally !!!
Wow, so many rules.
Shouldnt there be exploration tokens in the engines aswell with the void seeders?
