Jaeminah deserves love and Nami deserves to be given the chance to give it. They love each other so warmly, I'm glad they got the chance to clear up this minor obstacle and grew to understand each other a bit more.
The actress that plays the "bad b*tch" is very good. I enjoyed the way the protagonist crushed her feelings so coldly and that's because she portrayed the "delusional w*nch" character so well.

I love the dialogue between the Nami and Jeamin. It was wholesome so well written, it made me shed a tear. This series is so beautiful. The acting is great. The production value is present even without a budget. DOP is doing a beautiful job with the lighting. The director does great shots that captivate the emotion of the whole scene, every scenes actually.

Very interesting continuation of this BL story. Now that the real truth behind Jaemin breaking up with Nami is out the main problem remains:
Will that despicable SOL take revenge and expose Jaemin as gay to the companies he is applying for? 🥵
We will know how the story goes on in the next Episodes.
The reunification dialogue here between Namin & Jaemin was really unique and very mature, so we can tell the difference there should be with a BL Series amount university graduated adults. Their dialogue was not only mature, but also with a beautiful Korean in all possible ways, and a high respectful level. THAT is something I love the most in this Korean BL production by SUKFILM. The script writers are doing an amazing job in this regard. 👏👏👏
This Episode reminded me of BALG EUM & IN HO in "Boys Be Brave!"... when trying to keep their relationship became a burden for Balg Eum. This time is very similar for Jaemin... and the lines at 8:39 are not to be taken lightly:
내 처지 때문에 - nae cheoji ttaemun-e = Because of my precarious disposition:
너를 포기하겠다는 말을 어떻게 해 - neoleul pogihagessdaneun mal-eul eotteohge hae = How could I have said, that I was giving you up?
The key word here is 처지 - cheoji = precarious disposition... which influenced the choices of both Jaemin and Balg Eum to break up with their loved ones Nami and IN HO respectively. Now I am going to be looking forward to the development of this story in the next Episodes, so see how this issue is solved. In "Boys Be Brave!" there was a long term and future plan to solve the 처지 - cheoji = precarious disposition issues... because it was only a serious financial problem. Here we have a combination for Jaemin:
- a serious financial problem, as Jaemin is searching for a job and is barely supporting himself, to the point that his apartment did not have functioning heating in the cold nights.
- the despicable SOL threatening him with a forced public outing. This one is really serious in Korea... because the LGBT+ community there do not have any anti-discrimination laws protecting them, specially in the labor areas.
The second one is not to be taken lightly... specially considering that Jaemin has just graduated and is looking for his very first official job. I still remember how Kim Kyung-soo's mother threatened Yang Tae-sub with a forced outing to his parents and in his workplace if he did not break up with her son in the Korean TV Drama "Life is Beautiful" back in 2010. The pressure was so strong that Yang Tae-sub broke up with Kim Kyung-soo... and it took a while for him to power up in a way that he was no longer afraid of facing anything or anyone in the world for being with Kim Kyung-soo together again. That was 14 years ago... and there has been just a few tinny regional legal regulations protecting the LGBT+ Korean people, but non at the nation's level. 🤷♂

Huh🤔! Their acting was awkward??? Or u r the awkward creature watching them??? Or ur head spinning confused aftr watching some rookie Thbl actors? Most K-BL actors even though many were rookies 1st timers gave flawless excellent acting performances. Here one could witness the young actors investing their emotion, the natural ability to emote wholeheartedly - no awkward long pauses, no pregnant silence btwn stilted dialogue delivery. Many SK BL rookie actors surprisingly showcased professional acting skills. Credit ofc to the K-directors & well-written scripts. Great casting with such height difference - cute contrast! Those loving eyes one pair looking up the other pair looking down heartmelting🫠. BB a short, crisp drama. Relatable. Heartwarming🥰 storytelling.

bl 작품에서 항상 남주 좋아하는 여자가 희생자나 나쁜 캐릭터, 관찰자, 이유 없이 지지해주는 캐릭터로 나오는 것도 너무 진부하고 편견적 클리셰임. 딱 새엄마는 항상 나빴던 8, 90년대 설정하고 다를 바가 없음. 이젠 좀 다른 시각을 만들어줄 때가 되지 않았나..
근데...남주 좋아하는 여자는 그거말곤 할수있는 캐릭터가...있긴한가요?
