There are some products that can be duped with some Korean makeup products that are in a more affordable price but theres some that can't be duped so it really depends on the product and what the customers preference are and what they're looking for.

I’ve been wanting to try glossier products for the longest of time, but I was too scared to purchase anything, since my skin is oily, I got worried that the makeup was going to slip or melt on my skin, and basically be a waste of money. Andrea Rivera i have oily skin from my nose and above, and dry from below my nose and cheekbones. I find the skin tint and concealer stay on pretty well, even when I get oily! Although my nose still gets super oily and sometimes it feels like I put Vaseline on my nose after a day of wear, just dabbing a paper towel or tissue fixes the issue!
Never fell in love glossier bc I thought you could get a way cheaper dupe but I can’t say that their marketing didn’t sucker me in! I do love boy brow omg! You should try Glossier Play sometime in the future!

My favorite thing to do is put whatever blush and bronzer I'm using on my nose, chin, forehead and eye's. It's so naturally beautiful! Can't wait to try it with the cloud paints. I ordered dusk and storm. Definitely getting beam soon.

So glad I found your channel! I too love Glossier. Their cloud paints are my favorite makeup product of all time, and I recently got the stretch concealer and am already obsessed. You're right about it being perfect for when you aren't wearing any other makeup!
A note about the balm dot com - I have tried all of their "flavors," and I have the MOST dry skin, chapped lips, etc. The only balm of theirs that works for me is cherry. I don't know what it is about the formula, but it's the most hydrating lip balm in my entire collection and I've probably repurchased it 5 or 6 times. I keep one in my purse at all times. It's my favorite Glossier product, and I HATE the other balms.

The glossier lip isn’t meant to heel chapped lips it just keeps them moisturised so they don’t go dry and chapped but if they do I would use regular lip such as petroleum jelly xx

It's a similar consistency to vaseline but it's definitely not the same thing. Vaseline never worked for my crusty lips, but balm dot com works amazingly! Literally the only lip balm that has ever worked for me

100% worth it! the quality is incredible. If you pick some up wash them with dr bronners soap in the light blue packaging. it has the right oils to condition the natural bristles and keep them nice and soft!
the only bronzer I have is in a chunky palette (i should get another but I’m cheap haha) so I don’t bring it while traveling, but one time I used dusk cloud paint in the draping method and I loved it!

I loved the one you put on your apples of your cheeks and also the cold pink one!! I love pinks blushes so much!!! I also agree with you that the first color that you put on your eyes (the more browny one)- suits your eyes more than the pink one 👍 And you love a lot of voium in your lushes, don't you? 😉 because you didn't love the mascara. I've been binge watching a bunch of Glossier reviews because I have crazy dry skin and I've always wanted to wear some sort of make-up to make my skin look dewy and healthy. I rarely get blemishes and I have some redness but it looks like blush. I get so many compliments on my skin and people say I look poreless and matte even people at Sephora thought I had make-up on when I didn't. But I feel so self-conscious because some people say I look cakey even though I have no product on. I use everything moisturizing you could think of. I exfoliated a lot then a little then rarely. Then when I think my skin will be nice and moisturized it ends up being dry at the end on the day. I just can't find anything that works, I just want healthy looking skin. what should I do? Should I invest in Glossier or are there any tips you guys could give me?
Four years later, 👋, anyways, I bought the Dusk, and it's way to dark for me, I need Beam. Enjoying your channel, I'll look to see if you still like Glossier. I'm a new devotee :)
The g lipsticks don’t blend in well and leave little chunks through your lips. I have two and both do it and it’s especially noticeable on the darker shade.
I am DYING for glossier to launch a few bronzer shades in the cloud paint formula.

I’m glad you missed the original formula of the gen g’s. The packaging was so so flimsy and broke easily. I’m such a fan of the new formula though!
