Is anybody going to talk about the Pinnacle truck running around hauling propane with bald tires? At 8:36 you see pretty clearly there is hardly any tread left on them.
Company can be tightwads about things like trailer tires, and delay truck tires until they "really need it". Driver might know on pre trip that it's unsafe equipment, but if he refuses he gets fired. I got fired for listing such issues in pre and post trip logs... the company legally has to fix it within a certain time frame if it gets reported more than once. I got cussed out and fired because they "weren't going to fix that yet! and now we have to!" I don't think they ever did... probably said 'driver error' and kept their pockets full after firing me.
I have driven all over the planet in many countries and bush . And its hard to think of more dangerous roads than 321 and 105 in Texas. I hope everyone will make a recovery.

Looked like there were power lines in those trees. Then with all the bushes and everything else he looked like he was having trouble getting in the air!!!😊
They were struggling a lot! It does not look like that flight crew has a lot of experience but they made it so it’s a good day!! I pray tho they get in sync with each other a bit better soon. The one female bout dropped that patient till the wheels dropped back down and saved em. Practice guys!! Practice and your gonna do fine!!
Who said he was going fast? It says he was near to highway speed, not over or above. Having close to 40 years in exactly that profession, Haz-Mat Class A, most guys go a little under because we know EXACTLY what can happen. Having said that my guess is distracted..... and I agree that THAT shouldn't happen, but not being in the cab with him I'm going to withhold judgement.

#1 First tractor was sitting still. #2 Second tractor was driving near speed limit, #3 Driver of second tractor was distracted by who knows what and did not notice the traffic in front of him had stopped till it was too late!
My biggest fear on the road, tractor trailers not being able to stop - God bless the victims, I hope they fully recover. I hope they investigate this driver and see if texting or fatigue was a factor.

I always check my rear view mirror at a stop and prepared for a get away if a driver isn’t gonna slow down. At times it seems as though they aren’t slowing down but they do. Too many of these accidents happen and truckers are dangerous drivers anymore- not all but many that I’ve witnessed about every day. Be safe out there!
My first husband was killed this exact same way in 2003 between 2 semis. They didn’t even know he was there until they went to pull the two trucks apart and discovered his Z71 pickup crushed with him inside. We had nothing left to see. Only pieces of him to bury. Semi driver came up doing 55 upon stopped traffic playing with his radio looked up too late. This happens way too often. Praying for these families because I know what they are fixing to go through with hospitals and lawyers and the court systems. God bless them all. Please be safe out there. Inattentive driving is so out of hand❤
Sometimes things don’t always go as smoothly as we would like sad to say. Hopefully they have pain meds on the helicopter to help the patient get more comfortable

I was first on the scene to a terrible accident here in Oz where 4 children were killed and I saw first hand how hard it was for the paramedics to stay calm in the midst of an unfathomable scene but their every move was not caught on camera for keyboard critics to comment on. How anybody survived those pickup trucks getting crushed like that is a miracle.. Hope they will be okay but you don't recover easily from something so catastrophic. Cheers from Oz!

That’s all. I worked in snow up to my neck it seemed. And rain and wind ect. And I would love to say things always went smoothly and it didn’t. But one tries their best. I am so shocked that one of those tankards didn’t spill its contents and people were not killed. Wow that was a horrible accident. My wish lo the people involved speedy recovery. I am now retired and can’t believe I used to work like this too. Was very interesting work but hard work too
@@zanemalenzi442 No,the damage on the Ford was not in the drivers area..The RAM was hit by the semi and Ford then the semi pushed the RAM into the other semi..Ford scooted on top of the RAM...Furthermore, what were the ages of the people in the RAM a older person gets injured easier than younger even a 30 to 50 year old makes a huge difference. But the RAM got hit harder and by 3 trucks!

Wow another Robbie D Woods trucks involved in an accident. Last one I saw driver went into the woods and set them ablaze. Never saw the driver get out of the burning truck and nobody stopped to check. Sad, I hope everyone is ok.

Traffic accidents can be devastating but also mind-blowing as to how the vehicle/s came to rest. The Ford got rear-ended, slightly turned sideways, and ended up on the Dodge. That's crazy! I wish the people well that were caught in that terrible accident. What a way to begin Christmas. 😔
Ok so the Dodge wasn't paying attention at all. Ran into the back of the Semi. Definitely speeding and tailgating going on here. When the 2nd Semi tries to swerve into on coming traffic hits the Ford. The Ford might not have been paying attention either. Cause the Ford didn't swerve. So the real story is the Dodges fault and then Pinnacles fault. Both speeding and tailgating along with not paying attention. The Pinnacle driver will not drive a Semi for a very long time. Unless he becomes an owner Opp. I know a guy had an accident and its been 5yrs. He still can't a Semi Job. Prayers to all hope they all alive.

Had a similar occurrence on 287 just north of where 82 joins in. Traffic was being routed off the highway at an overpass, and back on again. I looked in my mirrors and saw it coming. Then did the only safe thing I could. Pulled my motor home and tow vehicle up in inside the safety cones. When the truck finally got stopped, I was looking out my passenger window at the driver, who was now EXACTLY BESIDE ME!! TOO MUCH DISTRACTED DRIVING, AND SLEEPY DRIVERS!
The truck was more mangled on the outside but the area around the driver was more protected. The truck absorbed the force just like it's designed to do.

Probably looking at the phone!? I see people looking at their phones all the time when they’re supposed to be focusing on their driving…Especially worse for drivers transporting hazmats. Prayers for the folks who got seriously injured. Be safe and stay alert out there!
The driver of the Pinnacle tanker trailer should never drive big rigs ever again.
There were some full britches on this one. Terrible looking wreck. Pinnacle 18-wheeler loaded with propane will probably lose a good paying job over this. You drive a da big truck, you better be watching where your going & what's going on around you.

The speed limits on Texas road other then interstate are way to fast , 34 yrs owner operator, , that's the start of the problem, , no disrespect to the ones involved in this accident , my prayers are with all of y'all an families ,
