Hello! So lovely to come across your podcast this morning! I love all your knits - your colour choices are just beautiful and it’s nice to discover some new to me patterns. I enjoyed the book talk too - Thomas Hardy is probably my favourite novelist but have never read any of his poetry. Warm wishes to you! Fran
Oh I love Little Women, I've read it so many times ❤ The cardigan you made for your daughter is lovely as well, I'm tempted to cast on an adult version!
Enjoyed your first podcast! On to episode 2 😊 I haven’t knit socks in over a year, but seeing your lace socks kind of inspired me! I might have to cast them on! Looking forward to seeing more content!
I really enjoyed your first podcast, Courtney! I remember admiring your version of the chokki when we were doing the test knit for Noriko :) The Hannah cardigan you made for your daughter is so precious, especially with the coconut buttons! Was also very excited with your book recommendations as I think we have similar taste in books! I am a big fan of the Russian modern classics, so will definitely add this one to my list. I have been wanting to read Little Women as I love the 90s and 2010s movies so much, seems like a beautiful read :)
Ah thank you so much!! I such a joy to find others with like minded interests 💕 haven’t seen the little women movie yet so will definitely have to do that soon!
Loved your podcast! I’m about to start my first color work sock. And I looooove the movie Little Women (the 1949) and the current is good too. And I’ve always wanted to read the book!
I really enjoyed watching both of your podcasts. Looking forward to future ones. Can you tell me the color of yarn you used for the vest you were wearing? I would love to make one. Is it beginner friendly?.
Can you share the name of your local yarn store again? I didnt catch it. I live in Northern California and planning to retire near family in KC in a few years But I've never lived anywhere other than the west coast. So im super nervous about the weather. Lol I told my husband I will need a community with a yarn store and a quilt store or no way. Lol We are making lists of towns to visit to check them out.
Yes of course! It's called Unwind Fiber Arts. There are more great independent yarn stores in the area too! The weather can be extreme but having four seasons is really fun!
Thank you for this lovely episode 🤎

Thank you!! Yes, it was Peer Gynt Sandnes Garn in the color 2650 (gray beige). I would say it's adventurous beginner :)
