Would this fly work well during a Grannom hatch on a river? The hatches are coming of in huge numbers and im not seeing many risers so im thinking the trout must be attacking the pupa on the rise? Maybe just too much food in the water and im struggling with nymphs also. Ill give this a go, thanks
You can also rub some wax on where the bobin goes to stop it from squeaking I personally dislike my bobins squeaking. It hurts my ear dumbs because I have autism. I dislike the high pitched sounds. Hope it helps you out.
I add oil to the bobbin feet, and it stops the squeak.
Thoroughly enjoyed this Steve thanks, stay well Big Davie
👍
Rub the bobin where the thread goes and put that on your nose. It's natursl grasse from the sweat glands it stops the bobin squicking
The squeak comes from the feet.

Just use a very tiny dabs of Gink floating which is of course a Silicon grease.
