Sounds to me like Boone killed Maserati Rick. He plays it off like it was someone else. But think about it, Boone is the go-to hitman. Boog paid Boone money at the hospital. and Boone went upstairs to see Rick. But then leaves again. And then he jumps to the next thing he knows Boog telling him Rick is dead.
@@demetreusross5150 did you read what I wrote? Let me explain. In different interviews when he talks about the same stories he changes the facts. So you never know what is true because his “facts” about the same stories keep changing.
I grew up in Detroit during this time. It was so incredibly scary and dangerous. I remember in high school kids would walk home in between classes to use the bathroom it was too dangerous to go in them. We just all thought that’s how the world was.
I knew most of these guys, including Boone and Rick. Walked to Barbour Middle School every day with Reg Brown when were kids. Never thought he would turn out to be a killer. Terrance ( Boogaloo) Brown is a different story - I have no problem believing it. Boone is fabricating a large portion of his stories.
Out of all the interviews you did with this dude, this one is the most intense. Everything from Masarati Rick getting shot, and being in the hospital, with Boone explaining the situation with him going down to the hospital, and Boogaloo pulling up next to him, with the piano music playing just gets me everytime. You’re steady just making inference on what’s going to happen next to Masarati Rick.... It’s almost like a movie man.
Then Boone making boo sound like a savage beast like he ain't the same way...truth be told he switched the stories up cus boo dead and can't get in trouble anyway he dead. So Boone put boo in his shoes in some of this story. Let Boone tell it boo planned every hit witch I know he didnt

Born and raised in Detroit. The 80’s-90’’ were treacherous in Detroit, especially on the Eastside. The Curry Brothers, the Chambers, Best Friends, Clifford Jones, Maserati Rick, Wrecking Crew, Demetrius Holloway, YBI, Stevie Washington and other notorious affiliations, names, etc were legends, ruthless………. The Brown Brothers (Best Friends) were bloodthirsty. All of them were killed, except one, who’s in prison currently. So many, too many murders. A lot of friends got caught up and paid the consequences……. Everything comes to end
2 men seen at the hospital "I walked in, but i turned around and left ". I bet you did, but between walking and leaving, did you happen to go upstairs and shoot rick?
Mike Fantasia I think Boogaloo was the actual killer that pulled the trigger but Boone walked away and let it happen, knowing what Boog was there to do in the first place, so he just as guilty and just as responsible for killing Rick. Shit is crazy.
I think Boone didn't want it to happen but he knew what was going on. He couldn't do anything about it, because if he saved Boone he would have probably got killed or arrested right their.

The old drug era was violent and way different. The stories alone just grab you. The fact they clipped Rick in the hospital bed is some cold blooded movie shit 🥶
I’ve watched this whole group of interviews about 3 times. He’s the toughest SOB I’ve ever seen and he’s a great story teller. Classic interview.
This is from the documentary "Rollin". Pull that up . Gives u a kind of layout of Detroit from the 70s until the early 90s
He was well trained in post Vietnam contra. Like them cats on the first predator movie. Sent him in to rescue and wipe out the opposition. The real Black Rambo.
The Best.

Rick was slipping big time. Boone was peeping everything out. Money or not, He didnt have no love 4 rick.
Who knows only one nigga telling his side Rick been up for years he definitely was doing something rite seem like all his problems came when these niggas got wit em.
Y’all acting like he planned the hit, they just told him “we making moves, either be with us or stand in the way” He clearly tells you Boo’s ambition and greed/ego wanted Rick out of the picture. He even said Boo was crazier, you think he gonna talk him out of it? introducing him to the connect directly was the nail in the coffin. Even the colombian connect said, long as the money come in they dont care even if they liked Rick. Money rules above all in the streets
Riiiiiiight, I'm shocked Boone didn't slim boo and reggie and take the whole crown, but he sounds more like a soldier vs capo. Should have slimmed boo and reg to keep money getting rick up. Heck he eventually turned on them any who.
@cabebet ... undeniable fact.
I think he feared the brown brothers more than he loved or respected rick. But it backfired on him cause the browns just used him, shot him up & killed his brother. He was better off staying with rick. If its was really about money he would have protected the golden goose, not the wolves!

Hey Mr.Profit you know any good Mafia non-fiction books?
( I mean I know you do, I can recall you mentioning some but you make a lot of good docs & I've seen em all, so suffice to say it's too many hours of material to fish through to find the books you may or may not bring up. )
Anyway, ya I'm totally bored with any & all new fiction about gangsters, for quite some time now & wanna check some things out from the Mob Historical section of the Gangster Library. (Just La Cosa Nostra is cool but I''m open to any organization's stories too, from wherever or anytime) Grazie!
Al, man what have you done to lose so much weight? Last video I saw of you, you've gotten lean as hell..
Al when you go drop the best friends and curry brothers
Al Profit you should do a story on Jernal Jernt Sanders and Ivory B stupid Harris and the DBz from New Orleans La. The DBz was apart of Soulja Slim crew a really interesting story. Thank me later!!! 💯💯💯
Seemed like Rick was just the type of man that wanted to see everyone make it. Yet one of the people he helped out was just another crab in the bucket. Dude showed him the biggest love he could get, the reason he didn't seem like he wasn't catching on with the Columbians is because he had no intentions of shutting them out. He obviously had plans for them to get the connect directly but they didn't catch on to the fact that he didn't really care. If he brung you too the connect he was saying you with me. They got offended when he said my guys could handle it, because they thought he meant they worked for him. But it seemed more to me like he was beginning to view them as friends and they were so bitter they didn't even notice it. In the end, that dudes death clearly hit hitman in his conscious whether he admits it or not. It bothered him, because he knew the guy always meant well to him. Yet he knew he was gonna die anyway.. and he couldn't do nothing about. So he just said.. I'm with the guy who has the money. You can also tell he didn't want him to get harmed because he said "I can't let nothing happen to him he still paying me" he knew he couldn't pay him. He just didn't want a good dude to die.
Well spoken!
damn that's deep
Wishful thinking bro. Remember who went into mainland Africa and gathered slaves for the whites?
@Raymond nic I think you missed my point. My point was that mostly everyone would do really nasty stuff for money.
@Raymond nic I'm well aware of world history and American history such as "the white slave act" or the Mann act passed in 1910, 45 years after the emancipation proclamation, etc.
"Im not going to hell by myself " Is all you need to hear . I hope this brother has repented . Killed the man just for a blow connect , and this traitor has no loyalty , just let them do it . This is brutal .

@@whysomad1troll I'm a whiteboy from Paterson NJ. It's bad here now and in Detroit, in the 1980s it was off the goddamn chain. And y'all talking about minimum wage like working 60 hours a week on minimum wage is enough to support a family. It's not even close. So people from the hood work 40-50 hours but still don't make enough to SURVIVE, so they seek public assistance then turn around and get accused of milking the system. So if ur born in the bottom of the bottom it's sadly a viable option to do this shit to try to get out of extreme poverty. One thing that's stayed with me as I've gotten older and that's don't ever knock what another man does to feed his family, whatever it is.
