I bought Current when it first came out. I've gotten all the updates (including 2.0 update) for free. Only thing I don't get is the new patch banks, which is fine
1:34 "With monthly updates this view will keep you inspired" I'm asking if this is true, or only if you pay them monthly. Cuz that's a big deal if they give monthly updates even for perpetual owners. I've never seen that before.

- Still NO advanced Mod Remap similar to Vital??? Are you serious? 🤯🤯🤯 - Does Current allow to switch between Bipolar/Unipolar modulation WITHOUT switching the Modulator itself? (smth that Pigments and PhasePlant, as closest competitors, haven't) - Haven't you been thinking of making Engines variable between Wavetables/Granular/Sub/Sampler giving users the choice rather than following strictly predefined architecture? - Can XY sources be changed in Play Mode? Anyway, still it's quite interesting to keep an eye on Current 👍🏻
- Once modulation is assigned, a circular "modulation slider" appears next to the control it's mapped to. You can right click this circular slider to access the bipolar modulation option. - The XY sources in Play Mode are mapped directly to the macros, so you can change them by assigning different macro destinations. Pigments, VPS Avenger, Synthmaster or Massive new versions have a lot of more to offer, while UVI Falcon is the king of software synthesizers with Halion and Omnisphere a few steps behind. Serum is not even there....😂
crazy how they updated this synth and ALSO put it on sale before serum has ever once considered any of that lol
While Serum 2.0 is still in development
😂😂😂
Dude there's no Serum 2. There's basically no need for it.

Cool. Do the monthly updates continue even if you buy the synth vs the monthly plan?
rent to own isn't an option i just checked
maybe it'll drop once the intro price goes up but by then it loses it's appeal

nice update but still no wavetable editor?
Its still a brilliant update.
yes it is no question, but i would still have liked a wavetable editor if the version was already named as 2.0. :)
