Amazing winter 🥶 ❄ in Montreal it doesn’t look like in Toronto the first snow ⛄ ❄ hasn’t arrived here.
I will be there next week as the wife really wants to visit this beautiful city, good luck to us Vancouverties haha! Drivers there are moving along like any other day too, here the whole city comes to a screeching halt lol

Mandatory snow tires from december 1 to march 15
This is a record of early snow for the past 40 years ... statistically , Montreal gets its first now around December 23 rd. The issues with climate change , we get a lot of rain during the winter . I live on the south shore , we had rain before this snow , all the trees were very heavy and detroyed the power lines ... It will be 8 c with rain next Sunday , December 10th 2023. Thanks for the video
This was insane (~30cm!), was hoping for less snowfall than last winter (which was ok). Is this a sign of what's to come? I sure hope not.

C'est pas juste: je suis ici, bien au sec et chaud, en Belgique à +3 degrés centigrades, et je devrais être à Montréal dans la neige à - 10 degrés. Ce sont toujours les mêmes qui ont les magnifiques difficultés climatiques !
J'aimerais être chaque flocon de neige sur le chemin Queen Mary, chaque muffin dans la vitrine d'un IGA, chaque personne qui marche contre le vent.
C'est un record de neige depuis les 40 dernieres années ... Selon les statistiques , la normale de la premiere neige est le 23 décembre .... malheureusement, la pluie se mélange a la neige ... On prévoit 8 c avec pluie , ce dimanche 10 décenbre 2023 .

It can get depressing the first year. The winter lasts at least 5 months. You can come in summer, get to know some people before the winter hits. The first few months of winter are festive because of the holidays. You can still stay active by doing winter sports or indoor activities.

Warmer air holds more moisture, 1st now is around Nov. 9th me b-day, hubby always says snow means warmer air, not so I corrupt him (😉), scientists say it snows on very cold planets! 😊
