I love this video, so many tingles. I also have a twitchy eye which comes and goes. I think mine is stress and not enough quality sleep.

I always get an eye twitch when I’m dehydrated. It goes away for me after a couple of days of adding a hydration multiplier (Liquid IV or Drip Drop) to my water twice a day.

You're my go to asmr artist ,I always fall asleep with you, and believe me I find it difficult to sleep,so I thank you for that; however I am concerned about you,you said you are stressed and it was obvious at about 19 mins when you put your head back to push your hair away, it's quite alarming really,you need to talk to someone, whatever it is about, please!
