I would like a demo and explanation of what to expect with the initial start when instructions say to fill with two litres of water then press stew. I did that but, while the water began to heat up all I could see was the two zero going round but no count down on the 30 mins

3 minutes browning time is never enough. Having to restart this several times is so off putting while cooking and whiy is why I don't use this machine anymore. I cannot recommend this product.
my pressure cooker doesnt have any of these features ! doesnt say if the lid is close properly or not , not brownie no nothing !!!!!!! it was a disaster until i found how to close the fucking lid !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and when i wanted to cook 2 trotters i fixed the time on 1 hour and after this time they havent been cooked !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i really have a lot of doubts about this cooker

Two litres of liquid is a lot. It works on a mug full of liquid just top it up after cooking then thicken the sauce

The worst explanation you should have cooked something or boiled water using the empty box could have made more sense
