Are these helmets sold in the UK, and able to be attached to a HANS device? Because I'm thinking of picking up one of these for my first foray into a track day.

Is it possible/easy to remove the visor?

Absolutely, it is. The visor can be removed in less than a minute using an allen key / hex key.

Definitely not. Auto- and Moto- safety ratings aren't the same. You should have a helmet that's appropriate to the activity you're engaged in at all times.
