@@sterlingroberts6240 Why does it have to be based on anything? It's just a sci-fi fighter design. If you HAD to pick a contemporary fighter though, it would NOT be the F-15, which it looks nothing like. Forward swept wings? Try Grumman X-29.

I saw something similar but with 3 rail guns . Was difficult to manage the heat and power out put though , but stay close in on the target seems to be the key to using a small ship like this
The inertial impact on the Cyto is indeed impressing, being one of the most dps in the game, and the best raw dps in the small class. However the inertial impact make thes the damage half to kinetic, loseing damage to shield from 120% to 90%, which is a 25% loss. So overall compared to the oversized it is only 9% increase to shield, at the cost of heavy jitter, which is not a problem from point blank, but more problem from farther away or against smaller ships. Nevertheless i love this build. Never really bothered with the advance missle rack, i dont know the small has 8+64 ammo, which is waaay higher then the standard 8+16, makeing it a not bad weapon for small class, but it is very hard to hit something with it. The huge problem with missles is that they have decent damage on small class, but VERY low ammo, which gets better with class, but the damage remains the same. A Large class missle has 12+96 ammo (24+182 with high cap) which is good, but it has low dps compared to other Large weapons. It has good dps compared to small weapons, but that 8+16 ammo is nothing. And this is the dump fire. The seeking ones are even worst, with the small class having only 6+6 ammo. The missles are the realy hit and miss weapons in Elite.
@@puzzle2012 The Adv. Missile seems a good choice. The alternative for small against hull are: - Overcharged enforcer cannon (Power Play module). Smaller damage but more consistant dps, and one can be corrosive which has an +25% damage bonus along with AP increase for every weapon - Overcharged ordinary cannon. Higher Class for cannon are bad, but the small one is quite good. You can add an effect which confuses gimball weapons similar to chaff. For medium and large against hull: - High capacity (or overcharged) screening shell frag has a huge dps, but still suffer from low ammo. - Overcharged multicannon. They always reliable dps source. Corrosive is avaible still. - Imperial hammer. High consistent dps, but relativle low damage per energy (otherwords huge dist. draw). If plasma slug is added, then the ammo can be increased. Regular rail gun is bad, as with hammer you can shoot without stop, and doing so the charge time does not count. Regular rail needs to fire semi auto, and the charge time always count, haveing way less dps. I have a Viper MK3 with Cyto, C1 overcharged cannon, and 2 C2 overcharged multicannon.
I have a similar Eagle, however it uses two Cytos and a single pre engineered spicy guardian shard cannon. Effect is similar, although I made it to kill medium ships and have fun dueling small ships
2 Missile racks with 125+ missiles in ammunition. At that point, more of your Eagle is missile than isn't. xD Just an internal cut away of your ship showing a hollow shell packed with missiles.
Yes this is a powerplay reward for supporting Archon Delaine. Because you need a minimum of 4 weeks time pledged to a powerplay faction in order to obtain their special modules, I suggest you pledge to one as soon as possible.

To be fair a few months ago they greatly increased the efficiency of materials gathering and removed the random element in engineering. Now it is much more bearable

how come i cant find a 1f burst laser?
1f burst laser exist, it only comes in as fixed mount
