A quick fishing trip using Sabiki rigs for American Shad on the Sacramento River. We fished mostly near Discovery Park and Miller Park.

how and where can I rent a boat for shad fishing?

Not sure but you don’t need a boat to catch shad. You can catch them from shore or kayak too
