And cosworths get tuned by generic chips bought out car mags and eBay, can’t do that with a Subaru but can only imagine how many more would blow up if they did
@@md-run sti motors are good for about 400 hp without upgrading internals. The vape bros out there overboosting without upgrading the cast pistons with forged/stroker etc blowing them up and crying. Pretty straight forward. Ps all the cars you just listed are chocolate compared to the mustang gt im trading mine in for in march cause i dont want to pay $20,000 to get my sti to 20 less horsepower than a real motor. You can keep all your 4 cylinder garbage, i miss my first mustang and there is no replacement for displacement...

Love the car! I'm personally really not a fan of Pops and bangs in any car..Other than that the sound is too good. It won't be the most performant car on the autobahn, but holy shit the pleasure you get by driving one of those! And once it comes to rallying or snow, it's just..unbeatable? Literally snow is their real strength more than clear roads unlike most of cars.
It is a hard find in Europe especially in the Netherlands but no harm trying to secure one for a POV review. If my memory serves right, almost all of the 22B STIs are right hand drive and they are sold in Japan, the UK and New Zealand.
Is it because golf r has artificial sound in cabin? Otherwise golf r is hotter than Subaru wrx sti. It doesn't scream " I am a sports car", its more elegant and manly!

There's a few others I'm forgetting probably.
Pretty much what I did. Intake, Turbo back, flex fuel kit, and supporting mods (AoS, Turbo Blankie, ect.) I have 102k on it with no major issues. These cars can be both fun reliable if you don't push it too far and get a proper tuner.

That is not a Mishimoto intercooler, it's a radiator, the intercooler sits right on top of this engine. 🙂👍
