The Minion pudding is cute, but who the heck enjoys eating fondant ? lol Oh man sorry to hear about Toadstool Cafe, we got in there on our last trip but we were one of the first guests in the morning so our food was hot but it was definitely expensive and a hassle to experience. 1:50 Am I the only one who got excited hearing the How to Train Your Dragon soundtrack blaring? 😁Express was definitely a good call. We were pleasantly surprised by USH, even before Super Nintendo World opened! We had never seen the Secret Life of Pets before we got on the 'Off the Leash' ride, but we actually watched it on the flight home because we enjoyed the ride so much. Luckily, Southwest keeps a healthy stock of Dreamworks/Illumination films in their library. 😀Hogsmeade was a lot busier for us than it seemed to be for you, but the lines for butterbeer were still nowhere near as bad as we've known them to be in UOR. That corndog looked like it definitely had some texture to it, but I can totally see why it wouldn't measure up to Disneyland's. Sometimes taking the extra time to cook something fresh is worth the wait! Somehow we completely missed the Minion Cafe, although it sounds like the grilled cheese would have a hard time measuring up to our gold standard at Milton's. The Peach float looked deliciously sweet, though, and that Hollywood & Dine ramen was a favorite of Katie's! Definitely agree that California parks have more personality across the board - if it was financially and logistically practical to live in Cali, we absolutely would! ✨Great vlog, guys. We also brought up moving to Cali after this vacation but like you said, financially and logistically improbable for us. Unfortunately, Delta doesn't have that DreamWorks library but we loved The Secret Life of Pets ride. We don't get many omni-mover dark rides like that anymore. The Korean Corn Dog was a fun novelty but I don't think many can stack up to the Disneyland iteration. In hindsight, for me, I'd give this Grilled Cheese a 5. Sam sticks by her number but I don't think anything can compare to Milton's Grilled Cheese. Noodle House was 🔥. Katie and I tend to enjoy similar flavors. Wish it was easier to visit these parks. A lot more intimate and definitely the gold standard. Thank you 😃.

I'm going to Universal in December because my son wants to do Nintendo World. I am not a fan of this park but will be going here after the Disney parks. The food does not look very good, but I appreciate you sharing your experience.

Everything you two ate looked really amazing except the grilled cheese. Gotta have gooey cheese for a good grilled cheese and it looks like it’s been sitting out for 3 hours. Corn dog looked good but did the texture of the outside throw you off? Lmao I’m the complete opposite on the whole pudding/mousse. If someone is asks me if I want mousse, I’m like “you mean fancy pudding? No thank you” Now if they ask if I want pudding, I’m like “F yeah, gimme gimme.”
The grilled cheese needed improvement but the bread was tasty and dipping it in the soup helped. The best grilled cheese is at Milton’s in Hersheypark. Korean Corn dog was interesting 😂 Hahah I need more pudding in my life. Jay is wrong about it being for kids ! Thanks for watching 😊
I'd say we generally spend a bit more than most due to the amount of food we get filming. Probably spent $100 all together. Depending on how many or what souvenirs you want to get I'd say to put away $75 to $150 for food/merchandise.
AMATEURS you don't know how to do a true food tour. Too much talking about unrelated matters and too many non-food related time on rides and other things...
You’re absolutely right, we are amateurs and this was our first time visiting this park. We still tried to showcase as many options we could fit into our one day and listed chapters in the description if we people wanted to skip to particular food items.
