The relay is needed to cause led indicators to flash at correct rate, as they use alot less power stock flashes will activate them faster. Don't forget to get a stick on no. Plate reflector as tail tidy will remove it and it's legal requirement.

I have split GTR and Supra lights before. You will need an oven. The GTR headlight was too big so i made an oven using a large box. Then cut a hole, slid on a cardboard tube and put a head gun into the tube. I will FB you some pics. Hope that helps..
