Tom Brady is the G.O.A.T a 6th Round 199th overall pick by the Patriots in the 2000 NFL Draft the former Michigan Wolverines Alumni won 7 Super Bowl Championships in New England with 6 in 2001 to 2019 but with the Buccaneers in 2020 as well!
Tom Brady used to be a weekly guest on a Boston sports radio program for most of the years he was here. To hear him talk for all those years, I got a good sense of his character. He was consistently an upfront and honest guest.
Seahawks fan here. I got nothing but RESPECT for Brady. Rooted against him but gotta give him his props. One of the most competitive players in (any) sports history. Him and Jordan, truly the GOATS. If you haven’t seen “The Brady 6” I recommend it. It’s about the 6 QB’s drafted ahead of him and how Brady used that as a motivation throughout his career. Gritty stuff.
@6:20 where Drew Bledsoe (Starting QB) gets leveled he suffered a lung injury and internal bleeding. He stayed on the sidelines when another player alerted staff to get him to a hospital, where he supposedly could have died if he stayed on the sidelines. Crazy - that hit was rough, but you have no idea how big those collisions can be. I'm a NE Patriots lifelong fan starting in the 70's through all the VERY tough times and misery this team would bring, along with the crazy ownerships. Every so often they would have a good year but most not so much until 2001 where it all came together. Think about being a Red Sox and Patriots fan prior it was sheer misery with heartbreak every time.
I can’t believe that no one says this stat because it puts into perspective, CLEARLY, just how impactful he was on the game. He has more Super Bowl wins, himself, than any other nfl team. He directly contributed to all those wins as well for anyone trying to say that he could’ve just went to a good team and leeched super bowls, no, this guy won each one of those super bowls with his hands. More than any other team in the sport has.
Lived in New England for his entire career. I've never felt more comfortable and confident in coming back to win games from behind with any other team in any other sport in my life and it's because of Brady. If it was mathematically possible and Brady got one more drive down the field we were going to win the game. It was incredible and I doubt I'll ever experience that feeling again.
Best player of all time. He was the best player of the league from year 2000 to 2022. Every week you were expecting the patriots to beat any team they faced and that never changed as a patriot for 20 years. Watch his highlights and pay attention his decision making, throwing accuracy/power, footwork, and intensity. He had so many different players on his team thru the years and made them all better as they all wanted to play for him!
3-28 is all that you need to know!!! He was so respected that when he went to Tampa Bay Chris Goodwin, who wore #12 since high school, gave it up so that Tom Brady could wear it. Tom really didn't want to leave the Patriots but he and the coach weren't getting along and the coach was really good as well so the owner Robert Kraft gave him his blessing to find another team. Tom went to the owner's wedding after leaving the Patriots.
Thank u for reacting to Tom Brady. He played for my team the Patriots for 20yrs. We have been struggling since he left. Finding a good QB is difficult. Finding the best to ever do it is even harder.
Imagine having lived in the same time as Tom Brady and witness his 3 hall of fame careers in one lifetime! Knowing his stats were unbelievable from his first 7 years, to the second 7 years, and finally his last 7-8 years is ridiculously insane!!! His career will never be surpassed, at least not in my lifetime. He’s the greatest to ever play football…🎤🔥👍

The Tampa SB was awesome cuz everyone thought he needed his old coach to win. The new coach Arians was so old school. I’m glad he got his chance to win
Theres a yt video from Colin Cowherd, a sports show host, comparing Peyton Manning and Tom Brady. They had a long rivalry as two of the best, always meeting eachother in the post season. Cowherd puts up 2 lists showing the receivers they had td completions to, and Manning had Wayne and Harrison as his main two receivers most of his time in Indy, and a few different rbs and tes, but they didnt change too much, so Manning had like less than 20 people on his list. Tom Brady, on the other hand, his list looked like movie credits!! It was incredible!! He mustve had over 150 different people he had thrown tds to in his time with the Pats!! Thats just another testament to his ability and greatness, that the team members would change constantly but their success stayed consistent!!💪💪🤘🤘
Something about which you may not be aware is that the NFL has a hard salary cap . A team CANNOT spend more than a fixed amount on total player salaries for the team . So while the amount of salary a team plays a player is not relevant in terms of whether or not the team can afford it from a financial viewpoint , it is VERY relevant in terms of the salary cap limiting how much it is ALLOWED to spend on players by the league .. There is a big problem evaluating quarterbacks .NFL scouts continually over-rate QB's who are big and fast with cannons for arms , without fully taking into account the mental and personality aspects , which are AT LEAST as important as the physical ones because the physical ones are obvious and measurable while the mental ones are much more difficult { and subjective } to rate .This is why so many highly rated QB prospects which are picked at the top of the draft fail to become good NFL QB's .Also because football is the ULTIMATE team sport , every player's performance is heavily influenced by the coaches and team mates he has around him . As has been said about many QB's , after they fail , " he has a million dollar arm and a 5 cent head " . Both the NY Jets and Chicago Bears in the last10 years have had multiple QB's which they picked very high in the first round of drafts fail miserably .
Another reason Brady could afford to take the pay cuts was he was married to supermodel Gisele Bündchen who had a net worth of about $386 million (adjusted to about $470 million in today's dollar). They weren't hurting for cash..
Greatest American? I don't know about that. I'm a big fan of Brady's but he's still a football player. Hell, George Washington has a state named after him. Is he at least in the conversation?
[TRIBUTE] I don't think we(mere mortals) really appreciate true greatness & leadership when it's right in front of us, and when we do it's taken for granted to some extent I believe. That said, here's my tribute to the real and undisputed GOAT of the NFL. Thanks for all the memories and for me personally, all the lessons you exemplify day in and day out. Mr. Thomas Edward Patrick Brady Jr., I'd like to thank you for what you've exhibited through your ACTIONS & BEHAVIORS over the course of your illustrious 22 year professional career. Hell, let's add in your 4+ years at Michigan where you ultimately became team captain and were selected by your peers to lead them into battle every Saturday at "The Big House." I once heard Tommy say that's ☝ his "biggest accomplishment, the one that means the most to him," despite all his awards and accolades it's being selected captain of his college team & mates that he takes the most pride in. Or let's take it back to your junior and senior years at San Mateo High School where you began to display the work ethic and dedication that separated you from the rest.....working on your mechanics, footwork, staying late at practices and doing whatever it took to get 1% better everyday. We all know the rest, right? Being selected with the 199th overall pick in the 6th(out of 7) round of players to be selected. Starting as the 4th QB on the Patriots depth chart and ascending to the starting role and a Super Bowl Champion in only his 2nd season in the league. Followed by 2 more Super Bowl victories in the next 3 seasons and the birth of a sports dynasty. I was fortunate to be in attendance at your 1st ever start at the old Foxboro stadium and obviously I had no clue about the career you'd go on to have....but good lord did we get our money's worth as Patriots and NFL fans. I have literally watched 90% of the NFL games you started live, I'm super lucky to be able to say that and to have been a fan in the Era that ushered you into and now ultimately out of the league. I mean holy sheep sh*t 🤯 ✔ 7 SB championships(more than any entire NFL franchise) ✔ 10 SB appearances ✔ 5 SB MVP's ✔ 3(about to be 4 I truly believe) league MVP's ✔ Most fuggin EVERYTHING in terms of any and all pertinent stats, most importantly imo is WINS and that winning percentage is absolutely nuts ✔ 14 League Championship appearances ✔ 35 Playoff Victories ✔ Overcame biggest deficit in Super Bowl history *************************************************** I mean I could go on forever with the numbers and hardware he's accumulated but just the ones mentioned above will NEVER be duplicated or surpassed. The best trait about Tommy in terms of leadership is...... How he connects and relates to every single teammate on a personal level, hence they're all willing to run through a brick wall for him. Marty Bennet said "The night before the AFC championships the coaches and everyone left the locker room n Tom kept all the players there and gave a speech, this wasn't no rah-rah-rah any given Sunday AL Pacino speech but he spoke to each guy individually and gave a quick comment about what they've been working on or how they've progressed this season or something about their personal life but each comment was genuine and unique to each guy all the way from the scout team to...... Gronk." Tommy leads by example, by putting in the work & effort, by obsessing over competition & winning, by embracing the process and loving the game, and lastly by knowing he's "the best guy to lead that team out onto the field every week, I want to earn it every single day." -Tom Brady Thanks Tommy,
I would caution against comparing running backs with quarterbacks. The playing time expectancy for an RB is really small compared to QBs, and so as it relates to money made, longevity wins every time, and the greater legacy the greater image value, the greater life earnings. RBs have to make their money quick, for they won't be healthy long enough to make a legacy that generates the same money as any other position outside of linemen.
Look at the football jersey on the right side you will see a square box with stars on it and letter C on it that tell you he is the captain on that team you'll see him on different players That's how you know he's a captain yass&fats
Football is probably the most TEAM sport there is . Everything one does is dependent upon your team mates doing their job . Because quarterbacks are the focus of the team they get too much credit when things go well and too much blame when things go badly ,. Still , the QB IS the most important player on the offense , but he can't do his job properly if his line doesn't block well for him , his receivers don't get open or catch the ball when he throws to them or the running backs don't gain yardage when they run the ball , and the offensive co-ordinator has to call the right plays in the right situations . .But even if everything goes well on offense , the team is still not going to win consistently if the defense isn't doing its job well and the QB has absolutely nothing to do with the defense .
Tom brady isn't just the best football player ever, hes the greatest sports player in human history. I hate him but its true. He was unstoppable and inevitable. Human Thanos
That Superbowl win against Mahomes and the Chiefs was supposed to be like Brady the Goat against Mahomes the new goat. Everyone bet Mahomes would smoke 43 year old Brady. It didn't happen, Brady got his 7th Superbowl victory. Instead of a victory street parade, the Bucs had a victory boat parade. It was on a whole different level.
Salary cap. Brady playing for less was a HUGE part of his success. The Patriots were swimming in talent during his 20 years there and rarely lost great players due to salary cap issues.
@@battlestar1788 Pats spent their money on defense. That's why they won the super bowls and the others didn't. Officials throw the current rule book away when the post season starts and let the defenders light the skill guys up. KC knows this. That's why they are paying the defenders and trading the Tyrek Hills of the world.
Tom Brady has so many haters but it's jealousy of success. There's been a few times where the Patriots used questionable tactics (even cheating) but even if you took out those times, I don't think you could significantly negate his success. I'm not a Brady fan but I respect the hell out of the guy's talent. Also, I appreciate watching your channel and seeing your reactions to these videos.
One of the greatest QBs of all time. For my money, in terms of their abilities to beat you in a number of ways, Montana, Marino, Elway, Rodgers were all better QBs but Brady won more Super Bowls than any other QB. So I tip my hat to him for that.

Brady still probably keeps the crown because of the head to head Super Bowl win plus the AFC championships game W over Mahomes. However, if Kansas City three-peats this season AND Mahomes gets to 7 SBs then it’s probably his.

Both the NY Jets and Chicago Bears in the last10 years have had multiple QB's which they picked very high in the first round of drafts fail miserably .
brady has 7 rings. more than any team in the nfl has in their history.
Another reason Brady could afford to take the pay cuts was he was married to supermodel Gisele Bündchen who had a net worth of about $386 million (adjusted to about $470 million in today's dollar). They weren't hurting for cash..
If your from Atlanta we share the same pain
Tom Brady is the greatest American that ever lived I don't care what anybody says. Everything the guy touches turns the gold
I’d put Jordan alongside him.
Greatest American? I don't know about that. I'm a big fan of Brady's but he's still a football player. Hell, George Washington has a state named after him. Is he at least in the conversation?
Eli Manning
just cuz he won some footbal games? gtfoh
ppl who protect this country like soldiers n cops r the greatest americans
one thing players would say is brady was a good team mate knew everyone's name even the last guy on the teams name
He knew he would make 100s of millions in sponsorship’s and media deals.
[TRIBUTE]
I don't think we(mere mortals) really appreciate true greatness & leadership when it's right in front of us, and when we do it's taken for granted to some extent I believe. That said, here's my tribute to the real and undisputed GOAT of the NFL. Thanks for all the memories and for me personally, all the lessons you exemplify day in and day out.
Mr. Thomas Edward Patrick Brady Jr.,
I'd like to thank you for what you've exhibited through your ACTIONS & BEHAVIORS over the course of your illustrious 22 year professional career.
Hell, let's add in your 4+ years at Michigan where you ultimately became team captain and were selected by your peers to lead them into battle every Saturday at "The Big House."
I once heard Tommy say that's ☝ his "biggest accomplishment, the one that means the most to him," despite all his awards and accolades it's being selected captain of his college team & mates that he takes the most pride in.
I mean holy sheep sh*t 🤯
✔ 7 SB championships(more than any entire NFL franchise)
✔ 10 SB appearances
✔ 5 SB MVP's
✔ 3(about to be 4 I truly believe) league MVP's
✔ Most fuggin EVERYTHING in terms of any and all pertinent stats, most importantly imo is WINS and that winning percentage is absolutely nuts
✔ 14 League Championship appearances
✔ 35 Playoff Victories
✔ Overcame biggest deficit in Super Bowl history
***************************************************
I mean I could go on forever with the numbers and hardware he's accumulated but just the ones mentioned above will NEVER be duplicated or surpassed.
Gronk."
Tommy leads by example, by putting in the work & effort, by obsessing over competition & winning, by embracing the process and loving the game, and lastly by knowing he's "the best guy to lead that team out onto the field every week, I want to earn it every single day." -Tom Brady
Thanks Tommy,
Pay cut is really deferred payment , generally .
you will never look ishowspeed the same way again reaction on this ❤
There is no team in the NFL that has won more super bowls in their entire history than Tom Brady has. I am surprised he didn't bring that up.
Troy Polamalu highlights. Physical and mental football phenom
Brady also had the best head coach of all time and some of the best defensive teams to help him. Not to diminish he is the G.O.A.T.
Bellichick was trash before Brady and after Brady , Brady made bill .
As the above poster said, check Bill’s win record without Brady.
@@AzulApe Brady gets more credit but it was Bill that put together those teams. The great defenses that made Brady's job easier was all Bill.
Brady stands out the most in the NFL in every category
I would caution against comparing running backs with quarterbacks. The playing time expectancy for an RB is really small compared to QBs, and so as it relates to money made, longevity wins every time, and the greater legacy the greater image value, the greater life earnings. RBs have to make their money quick, for they won't be healthy long enough to make a legacy that generates the same money as any other position outside of linemen.
Yass & Fats Truly Such A Awesome Video Today!!🔥🐐🐐💎
You guys should react to hurricane katrina that happened in 2005 i think it is still the costliest natural disaster to happen in america.
Doubtful anyone will ever come close to breaking his records. Playing 23 seasons is unheard of.
Now do Mike Evans! He's the main reason Brady wanted to go to Tampa Bay
Look at the football jersey on the right side you will see a square box with stars on it and letter C on it that tell you he is the captain on that team you'll see him on different players That's how you know he's a captain yass&fats
Basically, the quarterback is the brains of the team
You guys should react to men with pans from America’s got talent! Funniest video ever!
You should look up what he has for a diet it is unreal people say. But he is going to be cashing in on being a commentator I think on Fox
There were so many reason and fact that show why he should have been drafted number 1 but every team look at the cover but did not read the book
Football is probably the most TEAM sport there is . Everything one does is dependent upon your team mates doing their job . Because quarterbacks are the focus of the team they get too much credit when things go well and too much blame when things go badly ,. Still , the QB IS the most important player on the offense , but he can't do his job properly if his line doesn't block well for him , his receivers don't get open or catch the ball when he throws to them or the running backs don't gain yardage when they run the ball , and the offensive co-ordinator has to call the right plays in the right situations . .But even if everything goes well on offense , the team is still not going to win consistently if the defense isn't doing its job well and the QB has absolutely nothing to do with the defense .
got to see elway and Montana, and Peyton and Brady 😁
Brady has more superbowl wins than any franchise in the nfl
Patriots: 6 Super Bowls
Steelers: 6 super bowls
Tom Brady: 7 super bowls
Tom brady isn't just the best football player ever, hes the greatest sports player in human history. I hate him but its true. He was unstoppable and inevitable. Human Thanos
Love or hate him,Tom is the G O A T ✌️
React to lamar jackson
I mean a 49ers fan and that’s his home town they would’ve picked Aaron. He would’ve been right at home. Don’t live too far from there. 🔥🔥
you should react to tom bradys newly made youtube channel. only 2 vids atm, but are fun
i was at the game he came back to new englands stadium to say goodbye grown men crying
I see him watching birmingham city games he's tall man
Salary cap. Brady playing for less was a HUGE part of his success. The Patriots were swimming in talent during his 20 years there and rarely lost great players due to salary cap issues.
You really think he had the talent on offense like peyton and Patrick roger etc had please
He didn't need contract money, he made more off endorsements.
One of the greatest QBs of all time. For my money, in terms of their abilities to beat you in a number of ways, Montana, Marino, Elway, Rodgers were all better QBs but Brady won more Super Bowls than any other QB. So I tip my hat to him for that.
Brady was married to Giselle, who was making $30m a year as the top supermodel in the world. He didn't need the money
Like she was gonna support him she didnt even stay faithful. Lol she sure as hell wasn't gonna spend money on him.😂
@@jasonnelson6624 They were married for over a decade. She could support herself, not like other NFL wives who dont work. Also, he made a ton of money but not as much as other top QBs and most of it was from the end of his career.
@@raise1000 yes she could have. To be fair I bet she is just like every other female they all tend to operate the same. The man's money is theirs and hers is hers regardless if they are super models or not. Also just the fact that she tried to take half of his property confirms her income is only for her and his was for them. Or so she thought till she found out its in mommy's name and not his lol. But I think I understand what your point was.
Scott Stevens greatest hits! Most brutal defenseman in the NHL ever! Check it out!
brady is no doubt the goat and i really thought it was gonna be a long time before someone passes him up in the record books and accomplishments but man mahomes after these past 4-5 years has made it known that hes a high contender on taking that goat spot. if mahomes stays health he could possibly take that crown when his career is over but yeah theres still alot of work thats needed to be done because brady had the goat career
Brady still probably keeps the crown because of the head to head Super Bowl win plus the AFC championships game W over Mahomes.
However, if Kansas City three-peats this season AND Mahomes gets to 7 SBs then it’s probably his.
@@deborahrobelot7762 that’s exactly what I’m saying 😂 obviously there’s no debate right now because Brady is undoubtedly the goat because of his accolades but Mahomes is damn sure getting there quick and at this rate if Mahomes plays another 8 years he will damn sure get there. As long as he stays healthy Mahomes already has 3 rings which is crazy and a good team, coach and system going.
Is he worth the hype? Bro thats Tom Brady
Might as well watch Aaron Rodgers - The Bad Man. It's a bit longer but it's great.
