I have this set in black color. In my opinion its quite a no fuss decent bluetooth earphones. But my clumsy fingers dropped the case and the magnet inside the casing seems to be misaligned now, so the earphones are not able to sit back into the case to charge. I cannot find any gap to prick open the case. Would you have any idea how?
@@JonnyZhu I tried but the earphone will "jump" out. I suspect the magnet inside the case has shifted thus repelling can't stick. The case itself is quite well made that I can't find gap to prick open...
The only possible solution is to try to disassemble and place the magnet that has moved well, try to lift the upper cover with a fine precision screwdriver or similar, even if you mark the cover a little, at least you will be able to solve the problem...Good Luck!!😀
You might wanna check the power adaptor and the charging cable... change to new ones and try charging. If the new ones are not charging your earbuds at all. It could mean your set is lemon… Contact the reseller for a possible replacement
Another two things you can do… which are simpler 1) adjust your earbuds in the case slightly so that the charging pogo pins on the earbuds are aligned and connected with the pogo pins in the charging case. This is one of the common minor charging issues with wireless earbuds. 2) wipe clean the pogo pin areas on the earbuds and the case Sometimes there is a thin layer of dust and dirt covering the pins, which is invisible to our eyes and it prevents them from charging. This actually happens to alot of my devices and cables including my USB-C hub 😅
Another great earphone review
