However, I can confirm that the initial part before the voice recording ("Now we can settle this like you got some class or we can get into some gangster sh*t") is a quote from the 1973 movie "The Mack." In the movie, the line is spoken by a character named China Doll, a pr*st*t*t*. She offers herself to a p*mp called Goldie over her previous p*mp, Pretty Tony.
