Such a beautiful gymnast, and I hope that when people remember Rebecca Bross, they think not of her injuries and her shaky performances of 2012, but of her persistence, unwillingness to give up, and her steadfast commitment to her sport.
This girl went to the ends of the earth and back for her dream and even when everyone thought that was it she still come back and even though she didn't make it to the Olympics I will never forget her for teaching us to get back up as quickly as you can and try again
What I love about Rebecca, is that in spite of everything. She's no quitter... Keep up the great work our little princess cause, you were born with that gold medal around your neck! :)
this is a great video - as always :) I think Rebecca chose to only let us know her as a gymnast. The serious athlete who is always chasing perfection. She trains at a world class gym and grew up watching Olympians and training side by side with them. There is no doubt that she is a champion, a fighter, a role model but she is more than just a gymnast - she is a young woman who is already a champion of life! I hope some day she shows more of her personality to the world.....
After her injury on vault, I literally cringed and worried for her that she'd crash again and completely destroy that knee. She must really love the sport, knowing she is a two event gymnast now, and will literally have to be 'perfect' on those events if she hopes to make the next cycle. I hope she ends her career the way she wants to, and that injury doesn't do it for her. Rebecca, you are amazing, the true spirit of perseverance.
It's one thing to create a video with flawless editing, but it's another thing entirely to evoke such emotion from the viewer. This montage does both. Amazing job!
i really hope she isnt done i wish we could see her all around just one more time i love her and she is amazing she is who ive looked to the last year trying to get back from a blown ankle she is just so strong :)
Poor Rebecca she as the heart of a champion and all that effort and determination and she doesn't get a spot on the olympic team even if she does sucky routines she is still a wonderful determined gymnast.
Honestly, women's gymnastics needs to change big time, because there are way, way too many injuries. The training needs to change, the judging needs to change, the Code of Points needs to change, and God knows the people at the top who let Larry Nassar happen need to change. Participation in youth sports is supposed to increase your lifetime health and well-being, not worsen it. It shouldn't leave an 18-year-old with the bone density of an 80 year old. What's going to happen the these girls who've suffered multiple bone, ligament, and tendon injuries as they age?
I don't think she's going to stay a two event gymnast. She was throwing some really hard tumbling passes on the tour...hopefully her knee is fully healed :)
I'm sure you know this but your montage Fierce Five: Imagine the Fire has been blocked and no one can see it :( Is there any way you can re-upload it somewhere else? It was my favourite of all your videos!
Such a Gymnast!! Still loving her performances, her way to be there. Becca Boss love ya ❤

I just love Becca, hope she doesn't retire, and goes for Rio anyway.
That was most of the saddest moments for her. She was such a great gymnastics, in a most of the scenes.
People always forget the great performances of her because she made mistakes at the wrong competitions. So sad😭😭
I have yet to see/watch any of the tour, but that is good to hear. :) I hope everything goes well for her, she deserves it.
she had it all i feel soo bad for her bt she honestly is still freakin awesome to me!
i really love all of your video's, they all tell the gymnast's story perfectly and they really inspire me!
poor thing but it is a great hero :)
Oh really?! That's very cool!! I hope we'll see her perform all around again :):)
Oops I totally didn't realize, thanks! This actually makes my day that I can watch it again :)
I love this video my heart is about to cry
i think the one of the top reasons why this video makes me tear up is the depressing music!

Great question, I have also thought about it and I can't imagine what they could go through also after years.
I love this! Where did you get the trials footage?
I heard she's a coach at woga's in the moment
I'm crying. xx
