    Domain : All students
    P(x) : x students has taken more than 21 credit hours in a semester.
    Q(x) : x received all A's
    So,
    ∃x[P(x)^Q(x)]

      do dont have to take s(x) because x is already a student as you mentioned for C(x)..only take C(x) and A(x)...
