    Honestly, the way Derek carries himself is what has made me respect him more. A man of Christ and is always kind and seems like a nice guy to be around in his TH-cam vids.

    I love that Derek is very humble and the chemistry that Hany has with him! I think having a rivalry in divisions really brings some enthusiasm and pumps ups the fans of bodybuilding like Blessing is doing!

      Lol blessing doesnt hold a candle to Derek or other top pro b.bs though imo.he will get exposed standing next to the top guys.i think he can improve an get alot better an not hating but just being real.the whole rivarly he's trying to start with nick w.is kinda laughable nick would make him look like an amateur rn imo

    This was an awesome podcast! Really enjoyed it! Derek changed a lot since the last time I've listened to him on a podcast, he is more open and real now days...
    This also shows to people what being a good coach really means because a lot of people don't know and they think it's all just writing a diet, training and supplement plan but it's really much more than that. Glad that Derek found Hany and that they clicked so well. Derek already won the 212 Olympia, but I can see even bigger things coming from these guys!

    What mind-blowing information. Those things cannot only be applied to bodybuilders, but also to natural guys into fitness. The first twenty minutes made me reconsider some of my life choices.
    Hany seems really intimidating in an authority way, not in a bad way either. I just instantly associate him with Phil Heath, Jeremy Buendia and now Derek, all Mr.Os.
    Listening to him speak, I can understand it's not unwarranted. He didn't earn that status being a normal guru. Truly a freak who seemingly has very granular approaches to everything and anything bodybuilding related.

    Great podcast I have been waiting to see Derek’s response regarding the Pittsburgh showing. Whenever he does make it to the open it’s going to be interesting to see him dialed in with all that mass!

    I just started doing my own FST-7 training and I feel like I'm starting to fall back in love with training again. I think switching to an FST-7 style training is going to take my physique to the next level. I can't wait until this fall when growing season is in.
    Also, I will guarantee you that I can and will eat every bit as much as Derek does and I wouldn't be afraid to challenge him at a buffet.

    hany is the first guy I've seen talk about drinking water whilst eating and it fucking up digestion -spot on! dilutes stomach acid, stretches the gut,and if you've consumed a lot of salt in a meal it causes issues equivalent to drinking salt water. water an hr after eating and none half hr before eating is key.

    Few reasons Hany is one of the best coaches out there. He's smart, isn't afraid to tell the truth in order to make you better and his overall knowledge of all the sub categories of the business is high. Yes, insulin can kill you. Ect. Hey are you listening to any of the above Milo's?

  • @richardnoren4331
    @richardnoren4331 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

    I appreciate Hany signing Derek to Evogen and allowing him to continue to be a bold voice for Jesus Christ! I believe in putting my money where my mouth is, so I have switched from HOSSTILE products to EVOGEN. Just made my first EVOGEN purchase ($245) in prep for the North Americans.
    Of course I know if it’s Hany’s company, the supplements will be excellent!

    • @hanyrambod_FST7
      @hanyrambod_FST7  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I’m sure Hostile makes good products. Fouad wouldn’t put his name on something sub par. Try different supplements and formulas and see what works best with your body. The only thing I ask is to consider those that give back to bodybuilding first! Good luck on your upcoming show Richard! 💪👊🔥

    • @richardnoren4331
      @richardnoren4331 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@hanyrambod_FST7 HOSSTILE products are awesome and the fact Fouad competed is a major reason a tried them in the first place. If you weren't involved in bodybuilding and supporting bodybuilders I would never have considered EVOGEN. I don't support commercial brands. Having competed in the NPC for 33 years now, I have seen a lot of supplement companies come and go. But I agree with you, bodybuilders need to support bodybuilders! My EVOGEN order arrived last night and I am looking forward to trying them. If it wasn't for your reputation, I wouldn't have switched right as I am starting my prep for my Pro Card (Masters Classic).
      I personally want to not only thank you for supporting Derek, a vocal man of God, but encouraging it. I have heard you mention Derek's faith on other podcasts without him on them. Some may not think that is PC now days even though our to winningest Mr. Olympia's (Haney & Ronnie) are devout vocal Christians! I want to thank you and I want to support EVOGEN!!!

    TBH I would just love Derek in Open. Because there’s really no competition for him in 212. I know Clarida and Derek are light years ahead compared to the next placing, but Derek is in a league his own. All he’s just doing in 212 is intentionally making Clarida closer to his league due to weight limit and due to making the weight limit. He’s sacrificing his fullness IMO. The only chose he’ll be making is whether he’ll defend his 212 title for the last time this year or switch to open and be guaranteed atleast top 5 spot in his first year at open. Regardless of his choice, I respect both of you Hany.

    i think i would slightly reward hardwork over genetics ie Iain beats Blessing. Although genetic Xframes, shape & flow are more visually more appealing but you cannot disrespect the discipline to become conditioned and shredded

    Hany question for Q&A - you are the proud owner of supplement brand thats been in the market for many years.. what is your take on supplement lines that are dedicated to specific athlete meaning - signature series? From brand perspective you think its a smart move, good investment? Marketing wise Im sure it can be appealing but from pure business stand point I would like to know your opinion.
    Btw - great talk with Derek 💪

    Im personally not a fan of the trash talking rivalries. I prefer friendly ones, I just think if they are fake trash talk I can’t be bothered and if it’s real I don’t like to see it. For example, I could see Nick and derek eventually having a great but friendly rivalry.
