Mine won't count automatically. I have to hit the reset button for it to count. Then when I do that, it won't give me the exact count. In short, it won't detect the money when loaded even when it's on automatic mode. They are not folded and were placed nicely at the right position. Any thought on that?
Make sure you have hit the M/A button to have it in Automatic Mode. You can see this in my video at the 9:46 spot in the video. If you have done this and see the words Auto you most likely have something wrong with the machine.

It wouldn't do the automatic counting anymore so I just followed what you did on the video, hit reset when I count. I hit the M/A button to disable the auto count and just hit reset whenever I count the cash. Thanks for your reply! Appreciate you. God bless!

Yes, by turning off the US or EUR modes which is when it is looking for counterfeits. Otherwise it will just count the bills
