Dinner looks delicious. I thought you said silverside and wondered about the colour but seen your comment it’s a beef brisket. Do you think the red heavy based pot makes a difference with cooking? I buy the Maggi gravy mix from Costco too and agree about not a long shelf life but I just keep using it after the use by date. Would love to see your bubble n squeak recipe, I always have leftover vegies .
