Most of the revenue which Turkey makes comes from tourism, what do you expect? I would recommend any of the areas on the south West coast of Turkey, there's plenty of beautiful places to visit

Western Turkey is a touristy destination. If you don't like the abundance of tourists, you may consider the Eastern part of Turkey.
Turkey is is one those countries that have a good mix of old/traditional parts and more touristy destination.
