The butter didn't brown properly because you used ghee which is clarified butter without the milk proteins. I love your videos. They are reminding me of what is essential in a good relationship ❤

Actually the butter u used for baking is actually clarified butter or ghee, its from India originally . It doesn't have a major diffrnce from regular table butter , it just cannot always be solidified coz its not processed too much and can be made it home too... And the incense u bought is also frm India ❤❤❤❤

Hey cozygirl and cozyboy love your vlog..😊♥️ so the thing with ghee is that it doesn't burn even on high temperatures and does not have a high lactose content. You should stick to buying regular butter from the store and pour ghee on rice which tastes much better... 😊👍
You cannot brown ghee butter well because ghee butter is butter with milk solids removed . When browning normal butter , it’s the cooked milked solids which give its colour :) . I think that might be the reason 🤔

Ghee is clarifed butter so it wont have the same affect as normal butter when baking! 💕

i think ghee becomes very watery when melted compared to normal stick butter
