SBS 금토 드라마 “배가본드” OST의 여섯 번째 주자로 강렬한 목소리와 파워풀한 창법으로 사랑을 받고 있는 가수 ‘더 베인(채보훈)’이 나선다.
“Open Fire”는 배가본드의 음악을 총괄하고 있는 남혜승 음악감독이 직접 작사, 작곡에 참여한 곡으로, 첩보액션 드라마인 배가본드의 색깔을 가장 잘 설명해주고 있는 하드락 스타일의 노래이다.
이국적인 선율로 시작하는 인트로를 지나 점점 강렬해지는 멜로디와 악기 연주가 카타르시스를 느끼게 한다.
남혜승 음악감독과 배가본드의 OST제작사 ㈜레온코리아는 이 곡을 잘 표현해줄 파워풀하면서도 그로잉한 창법을 잘 구사할 수 있는 목소리를 찾기 위해 오랫동안 고심했고 국내 락보컬 중 단연 돋보이는 실력자로 급부상해 많은 인기 몰이중인 더 베인이 최종적으로 낙점됐다.
여러 우여곡절을 겪은 곡인 만큼, 드라마 "배가본드"와 만난 ‘더베인(채보훈)’의 "Open Fire"는 시청자들에게 짜릿한 전율을 선사해줄 것으로 기대된다. 해외 시청자들까지 고려한 영어 가사인 점 역시 주목할 만 하다.
한편, SBS 금토 드라마 “배가본드(VAGABOND)”는 민항 여객기 추락 사고에 연루된 한 남자가 은폐된 진실 속에서 찾아낸 거대한 국가 비리를 파헤치게 되는 드라마다. 가족도, 소속도, 심지어 이름도 잃은 ‘방랑자(Vagabond)’들의 위험천만하고 적나라한 모험이 펼쳐지는 첩보액션멜로로, 지난 9월 20일 첫 방송 이후 많은 사랑을 받고 있다.

Finally it's here. I've been waiting ages for this. At first i thought it's a non-korean band and their song, so i searched and searched its lyrics but nothing came up. It's orijinal song from a korean singer. What a suprise! I think this is the best song of vagabond so far. Kudos for singer. Love it.
