He was guarded mostly by the Syracuse LSMs Matt Harris #44 and Peter Macartney #28, but also occasionally by short stick defensive midfielders Matt Pratt #10 and Drew Jenkins #37 either because of a switch on a pick or because of the way substitutions happened.
The game was played on April 6, 2013 in Princeton Stadium and was won 13-12 by Syracuse.
