Yes, finally someone explained that shaving doesn't make the hair grow thicker. I nearly fought with every people who told me to shave my baby's head so that he can have a thicker lock of hair. Seriously.
For me specifically it actually did grow back not only thicker but also darker. IMO its harmful to spread either ideas cus I used to have blonde hair on my arms, pits and legs and now i have black hair on my arms, legs, stomach, feet, hands, face, pits... cus I thought i was supposed to shave off what i barely had, and now im paying for it. Quite literally. 6k for full body laser hair removal lol
@@janellefrickert6522 Not really dangerous if the baby is more than 1 yo, we have a ritual at our country where babies over 1 year of age get their baby hairs on head shaved, its been done for centuries by specific people trained for that task....there really is a difference between baby hair and the hair after the first shave, mayb not much after that thou.
I just want to put this out there since our beautiful Cassandra mentioned Actinic Keratosis being skin cancer. Actinic Keratosis are PRE-cancer cells so if your dermatologist has told you, you have these don’t freak out. It’s not as advanced like being told you have a melanoma or a basal or squamous cell. Actinic Keratosis can be tackled with a little blast of cryotherapy or with a special treatment using an active gel and light therapy. Even though these spots are pre-cancer and not necessarily dangerous themselves, they need to be treated to they don’t turn into cancer over time. The word cancer can be scary so I just wanted to throw that out there❤️
Consider these skin-friendly foods: 👍 Carrots, apricots, and other yellow and orange fruits and vegetables. Spinach and other green leafy vegetables. Tomatoes. Berries.

It’s not the best to label ingredients or as good or bad, because when they are put in a formulation there are different stages of manufacturing, different chemical reactions can happen, and I states in the video it’s kind of like baking a cake, sometimes things combine together and completely change, so they can’t be separated! That being said I do think that you have a great idea! Something like an ingredient dictionary, or a run through of common ingredients, how they work, and what they do, would probably be so helpful! If other people want this, I’m more than happy to try to put it together!

@Jayson Arabia: Yes, St. Ive’s Apricot Scrub contains crushed walnut shells, which is too harsh for the sensitive skin of the face. It causes microtears to the skin on the face. However, it is probably fine for more resilient parts of the body such as the feet

Do you have any videos about (affordable) products for sensitive skin? I have yet to find a good cleanser that doesn't irritate my skin or leave it feeling tight afterward. I've been using The Ordinary's moisturizer but it's really thick/heavy feeling. It doesn't irritate my skin though, so that's a plus!
I use the First Aid Beauty Pure Skin Face Cleanser, and the Selfless by Hyram Centella& Green Tea Cleanser, and they both work for my skin and I have dry sensitive skin. I hope you find something!💝

I've been suggesting the brand called facetheory for you to review it for quite a while, BUT this time i HAVE TO mention this cream. after using it for just 2 months I see A HUGE improvement in texture, breakouts(which are quite rare now), and especially PIP which was a big issue to me. Its called a glycomide body cream with 9% glycolic acid. i love it. and btw Im a acne sufferer (both face and body) and i love your content and the fact that what you say is not just a "theoretical"(u know like these celebs who make skin care lines and dont know shit) thing, but actual expierince and knowledge. if you made it here, congrats hahah have a good day/night💓💓💓

I cannot use cream based items as they will cause my face to breakout.
