When mumbles said chattys the penultimate clown for me him saying that about chatty means Kirk is going to be the last king of the clowns and after him there will no longer be king of anything. The clowns were never actually organized or followed orders but with chatty that all changed, the clowns and the NCO will fall apart without chatty.
Penultimate means next to last. The one before the last one. Meaning Chatterbox is second best. Which isnt true at all. He is the absolute ultimate in clownage. Please dont give up Chatty.
