it's so you can press the buttons without moving your hand from the right stick in fps games, i usually use my thumb for the stick, my pointer finger for buttons, and my middle finger for the triggers so this would be actullay useful

I was hoping years ago that they'd make a controller for ppl with normal sized hands instead of kids sized, but that's not even an option
